I have found the staff to be pleasant and helpful every time I have been there. However, the abbreviated hours open during the week and now not being open on weekends is crazy. Many of us work long hours during the week. And the only time we can easily pick up prescriptions is on the weekend. You have just made it much harder to get needed prescriptions!

WHY ARE YOU CLOSED RANDOMLY DURING OPEN HOURS?! Not the first time. Just tried to get my medication I need TODAY and it's just closed randomly at 3pm. Now I'm waiting in line at a different CVS for my medication. Literally the worst pharmacy experience.

It's the worst pharmacy experience. The staff all seem like they hate working there, there's almost always a line, very often the scrips aren't ready despite CVS texting that it's ready for pickup. Definitely check the pharmacy first if you have a pickup and shopping at target to do since you'll likely have to wait 20-30 minutes after waiting in line at the pharmacy to be told they don't actually have it ready. Also they are clearly short-staffed and I have never seen more than one of the 3-4 counters they have open to serve customers (patients). I have also seen the head pharmacist be rude to a staff member there and it was very unprofessional. If my insurance plan allowed me to go anywhere else within reasonable distance from home I would in a heartbeat. Also they updated their contact number (a gauntlet of robotic menus) recently so you can't even directly connect to the staff anymore to verify scrip status before physically going there, which is awful enough this year with all the Lake Street construction (2024).

While waiting in line for the pharmacy to reopen after 2 pm as it says on the sign, a Target worker happened to walk by and mentioned they thought it was going to be closed all afternoon due to a staff not showing up. The target store workers did not have information about when or if the pharmacy would reopen today. This left not only me scrambling to find another way to fill a prescription I needed TODAY, but the elderly patrons and a mother with her young children also were left without their medication.

Most disrespectful rude staff I have ever experienced. I have never had a good experience picking up here after multiple times over the last year, I would recommend finding a new pharmacy

Yeah, no wonder this pharmacy location has 2 stars. Not refilling someone’s medication is very dangerous. Just because insurance rejects covering the cost does not mean that you can’t fill the prescription. The individual would pay out of pocket, that is the only difference. Insurance rejection letters do not mean that a prescription can’t be filled, it just means that it can’t be paid for.
Rachel and Tracy are two associates I would stay away from if you must have medication filled or refilled at this store. According to my husband Tracy lied to him regarding refilling the medication I needed and Rachel when questioned why they refused to fill the medication, she didn’t want to answer the question and kept saying “I’ll fill it now”. That is not really an appropriate response as not dealing with the incident makes it so that the same thing can happen when I need another refill.
I am having my prescription refilled at another CVS no problem. They even said that is weird and not okay of what this CVS did and how they are acting. They even said an insurance rejection letter does not mean the prescription can’t be filled/refilled. It just means that it won’t be covered cost wise. There coincidently is ever a supervisor available at this location either. So it’s unacceptable.
