Trash store with terrible customer service. Totally fumbled my transfer from the closed store on Nicolet. Had pharmacist close cage while I was in line without saying a word after he hung up phone. Changed all RX numbers without notifying me so I couldn't reorder in system, repeatedly misled me on where I was supposed to pickup meds for three months while transitioning stores. I had auto refill setup but somehow they didn't transfer it leading me to come there multiple occasions to pickup one med while not refilling others. Total shitshow and I finally took pharmacists advice to find another store and I'm immediately grateful. Thanks for letting me know what you're about!

When you call the phone system, it doesn't connect you to a pharmacist directly, you have to leave a voicemail to be called back "within an hour" - there is no option to speak with the pharmacist directly.
So instead, I followed the provider/doctor prompts that DO connect you to the pharmacist directly if you'd like.
Extremely inconvenient for customers who have a simple question that'll take five seconds. Apparently my time is valuable enough and have to wait on them to call me back. These automated voice systems and redirecting people so the staff doesn't have to deal with anyone is incredibly inconsiderate and frustrating.
I was told by the pharmacist when I said I wasn't a provider and the system kept redirecting me to the voicemail, that this was the new system to leave a voicemail and to be called back.

01/29/2025. 15:45. Purchased ear plugs and ear drops. Difficult to find in store and no one was offering assistance. Asked employee / manager finally after 10 minutes wandering the store. As I found out, I slept with the manager years ago so was an uncomfortable shopping experience. I have a CVS Health Credit card offered through a United Healthcare / Alina Health and I needed to use with fund that expire. This is the only / closest CVS to my home. It feels sometimes like entrapment when I use this card at visit this Uptown Minneapolis CVS. It seemed like the employee / manager was aware of who I am and our "history" and ignored me. Thanks. Couldn’t fill my prescription with 5 minutes left but they did have time to watch basketball instead behind the counter, when confronted they turned the game off and acted like he wasn’t watching. Unprofessional.

Time and again I am reminded how deeply incompetent and unprofessional CVS is, specifically their minute clinic. What is supposed to be a quick visit turns into you waiting over 30 mins for an appointment you arrived on time for while watching the staff go in and out of the room and not acknowledge you. These people are so ridiculously inept and unprofessional, it is cartoonish. I think the many many negative ratings speak for themselves. Avoid this CVS at all cost.

This pharmacy and pharmacist is the worst place ever . 70/30 insulin is federally approved to be sold without prescription. They refused to sell it because I am not their customer. The pharmacist was very rude . But cub foods across the street from them were awesome

Miguel was incredibly nice and helpful. He went high and beyond to solve a problem that I had in a different CVS store. Thanks again Miguel.

The pharmacy is always very helpful and kind. And they always do what they can to keep me in the loop about medication shortages. And help me navigate the red tape involved with insurance and health care providers.

For the love of god DO NOT get your disposable cameras developed here, especially if they are from a special occasion/trip. Whole process was blundered top to bottom and it took 2 months to admit my cameras from a 2 month trip are lost in the postal ether with nothing to show for it. If you value your photos, take them to a mom and pop shop where they will take care of them.

Attempted to get Covid vaccine which I scheduled a week prior. Showed up for a 10 am appointment to be told my insurance wouldn’t cover the vaccine. there were multiple ways for this to be handled prior much better. Letting people know which insurances are covered or not prior to appointment being It seems to me. CVS isn’t really concerned with getting people vaccinated.
