I changed all my prescriptions over to this location after leaving the dismal, disgusting Walgreens on Silver Lake boulevard. CVS is like night and day. Professional, responsive staff who are efficient. I will never ever go to a Walgreens again.

Had a Rx sent there literally days before showing up. I alotted 30 min to pick it up before I had to leave to work (which is beyond plenty of time anywhere else). Showed up and it wasn't ready, with days of lead time) and was quoted 20-30 min to fill it. Actually...you know what, there was so much "wtf bs" that happened with the whole process, that I'm not gonna waste my time explaining it all. I ended up leaving AND being late for work. Do better.

The first time I came here and waited twenty minutes in line, I thought it was a fluke. The second time I gave grace because it was the holidays and everything is crazy at that time. Today I am standing in line waiting again for twenty minutes with literally twenty people standing around waiting for help and I can't understand it. Why is this location so severely understaffed???
CVS get it together. I am not having a prescription sent here ever again. Never had such a crazy long wait at any pharmacy in my life.

I guess it depends on who is working. Initial fill after visiting the minute clinic took 10 minutes, but they didn’t ask me for insurance before filling. The re-do took 45 minutes. I can see on the package that it was ready 20 minutes before they notified me, even though I was sitting and waiting and went up to the counter to ask if it was ready after the 20 minute estimate they gave me. Was repeatedly ignored by the pharmacy staff and passed over for other customers. Meanwhile, I brought someone to this very cvs pharmacy on Thursday evening, they underwent the same scenario, but their fix took only 2 minutes. Confused as to why I was treated this way. Really really rude.

This location is understaffed for the volume of traffic. My wife chose this pharmacy. Cub Foods in St Anthony is MUCH faster.

Worst place ever. They don't ever pick up the phone. There's hardly anyone on staff and it's just a bad system. Go somewhere else this place is unreliable.

I have no idea why, but the CVS computer system requires employees to spend 20 minutes typing after asking you one or two questions. If there are more than two people ahead of you in line, you’ll spend all afternoon here and still might not get your prescription. Instead of investing in streamlining their software, CVS has invested in signs that ask customers to not swear at employees.

This phyrmacy closed before the scheduled time. I came after work to pick up my medication at 6:30 p.m. because I could not do it earlier.

Update: DO NOT GO HERE! This HARMacy had our prescription for three hours and would not confirm it or fill it despite it being time sensitive medication, despite the website saying they had acknowledged it at the start of the three hours. The clinic nurse waited on hold for them to answer for thirty minutes before giving up even after the cvs employees said they were watching for her call. The pharmacist was rude and condescending.
Old review: Always understaffed, wait times are ridiculous, and good luck ever getting your phone call picked up, the staff don't have time to do everything they need in person let alone answer the phone. Never been there without hearing "Two pharmacy calls" over and over. They have 3 pick up windows and only ever have one open. Please hire and schedule more staff they need the help more than CVS Corp needs the money!!!
