Hardly ever staffed properly, staff is overworked and refused to help people at the photo area. Very disappointing.

I don't typically shop at CVS however to get OTC products I went to CVS On 37th and Central. I have never had better customer service than I did today. Jessica is amazing!

I don’t normally go to CVS, but stopped here for a soda and candy. I ended up leaving with nothing. I have never seen a store in need of so much restocking. The soda fridge choices were extremely limited. Then when I went to look at candy I grabbed some on a two for one deal. When the deal didn’t ring up, I asked why and was told I needed a CVS rewards card. I then mentioned that it didn’t say that on the tag and was rather rudely told that every tag said it. I won’t be shopping at another CVS.

Pharmacy is apparently closed daily for lunch without signs posting this, drive thru pharmacy is never opened despite how many workers-the pharmacy should just say the drive thru is permanently closed. Customer Service here is nonexistent-not sure if it’s because of the area.

Parking lot needs redoing. No longer opened on weekends and has long lines for pick up. Closes at 6pm

Closed on weekends - old computer system that doesn’t integrate with other CVS locations. Don’t have your doctor send scripts here - you will have to call doctor back to send them somewhere else.

I love the store and have been going there for years. Just really sad to see the lack of employees working there now.
My favorite is Jessica. She is always helpful.
