I was there to pick up a prescription and the poor pharmacy was so overrun and people were so rude to the techs. I want to say that the tech that was there did not lose any patience and was professional and respectful to every single person who was in line. I had to wait a bit for my prescription and the two cashiers today were so kind and helped me with my purchases. I hope someone lets them know what a wonderful job they are doing. Thank you both for sharing your dog photos with me!

The ATM at this location almost never works. The hours they operate suck. The people are rude for no reason. Seems like everyone who works here hates their job and their life. Sad.

Enid and Wendy were there to assist in my shopping experience at this particular CVS and both went above and beyond to make sure I received remarkably exceptional customer service / satisfaction. I needed assistance with the photo kiosk and they both helped with thorough expertise to ensure I could complete a photo album for my mother's 68th birthday right on time. To say that I felt genuinely cared for as a customer is an understatement... They were both sincere and attentive towards making sure I had adequate help from the moment I walked in the door all the way until the moment I stepped out. I hope they receive the recognition they deserve for their truly outstanding customer service / professionalism! My mother really enjoyed the album and I can honestly say these two sales associates played a significant and special role in making that possible in such a timely manner! I’ve literally never been treated as poorly over the phone or in person as I have been at this pharmacy. Using nicknames for meds and acting like I’m nuts for not knowing what they are talking about, being so rude they can barely speak to you when you go through the drive through, and acting like people are somehow bothering them when they have a question or need their Rx. Never again will I go here. DO BETTER.

The guy working the register was rude from the get go. No hello, how are you. Asked my name 6 times, asked my birthday 4 times, mean while sighing. Asked my address. I'm picking up and got a text message. Don't go here. Guy needs either a hearing aid or to be fired. Rude customer service. You've been warned. Read the reviews.

Terrible and unfriendly conversation with a pharmacy employee. Wish I would’ve asked for his name, but he was very quick to get off the phone. Understand they’re busy, but at that point just leave me on hold until you have time to have a normal conversation instead trying to help me with such rude words. Just transferred to a different CVS.

Customer service continues to slide into the abyss at this store. On 6/4/23 (mid afternoon) the nice young man at the front register tried to be so helpful, but had trouble with the transaction. He asked for help from a manager. The guy came and was rude to the young employee and downright snarly to me. It's uncalled for.Many people in the neighborhood have given up on this CVS for the same nasty customer service reasons. If they want to stay open and make profits, they need to up their game and train their employees in good customer service.

This CVS location is usually out of stock for most items. The place is usually clean. Sometimes messy. The atmosphere seems very unwanted. Usually very low staffed as well. The staff is actually very nice though.Here's why they lost the first star. They have an inventory problem. It's not always management. Sometimes it's the suppliers. Although this is post covid, it might still affect this location.The second star lost was due to staffing issues. It seems the work force has decline throughout America. But I've noticed this CVS to have less staff than others. It might just be the times I visit this place. But overall, they trained the staff great.

If I could give less I would. I was on hold with pharmacy for 2 hrs and 44 minutes only to be hung up on. Now I've been on hold the next day since they opened and still am!

In regards to the pharmacy manager on staff at this location: Nathan Cain.If you’re a customer seeking professionalism, patient-education, or even decency to discuss alternative options to medication management- seek a different pharmacy. Nathan’s interpersonal skills are atrocious & accusatory rather than any modicum of professionalism his position requires. Rude, unwilling to dialogue with customers to understand an alternative solution without resorting to marginalising them because of his own laziness, incompetence, and/or bias. Utterly inept & displaces it on customers when they are trying to understand best course of action for their medications or their circumstances.Nathan is obnoxious & unprofessional. If you want a pharmacist without these characteristics, consider an alternative pharmacy.
