Today was the first time in a very long time that I've had a positive experience at this location.the two staff working this evening were awesome. Most importantly they protected my confidentiality. There is a staff there that consistently blurts out loudly what my medication is for and it's so frustrating. Didn't happen today though (she was gone) . Borh women tonight were extremely helpful.

I was nervous after seeing the bad reviews but I had a great experience here. Had an urgent same-day prescription, realized they were closing in 10 minutes for lunch. Despite being short staffed they were quick, courteous, and helped get my insurance sorted without making me feel rushed.

i went on 4th of july to pick up prescription. They were closed. put up the holiday hours as when u call people dont always answer. now i have to come back tomorrow

Had the rudest experience here trying to refill a necessary prescription a few days sooner than usual since i was going on vacation. The guy had no solutions, just rudeness, wouldn't transfer my prescription from CVS mail, wouldn't call insurance to get the override, this lazy dude just wanted to get rid of me so he could get back to doing nothing. There were no other customers waiting either.

Understaffed and dangerously incompetent pharmacy techs. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.My 9mo had been vomiting everything he'd eaten for the past 12 hours and was prescribed anti-nausea medication. Urgent care confirmed receipt of the prescription at this location at 11:45 AM. It was not included in the medications we brought home at noon. Going back at 4:30pm, we are told that the prescription will be filled within the hour. Went back AGAIN an hour later for the medication that my son needed to prevent a visit to the ER, and was then told that they didn't receive it. I called the urgent care office (which took another hour since they had since closed) to once again confirm receipt of the prescription, which they did, and to have them send it again. The tech helping customers then spoke with the tech working the computer, conferred over what was there, and then exclaimed to her coworker "it's been sitting there all day!". The coworker then tried to gaslight me into thinking that they somehow didn't actually receive the original prescription, as though I hadn't just heard them talking together,All they had to do was press a button on their system to move the prescription from one queue to another; a process that takes all of 10 seconds. Instead I had to spend over an hour getting medicine for my son, missing my family's christmas dinner in the process.I feel for the tech working with customers; she could only fill prescriptions that were correctly moved through their system. The other tech, however, created real danger for my family through her actions. To do that and then lie to my face about it is absolutely unacceptable.Avoid at all costs. Go literally anywhere else.

In late 2021 this place was a disaster…but is now much improved, although not perfect. Waits can be a bit long at times.

Customer BEWARE - I can’t speak on the actual pharmacist but the tech was extremely rude and incompetent. She had little patience when I asked for clarification for which items she was requesting and had a degrading tone of voice. I hope I don't encounter her when I’m actually sick and need to pick up my prescriptions.

Terribly rude on the phone, And I've had prescriptions called in a week in advance only to show up and have to wait in the store while they filled it

I know a lot of the recent reviews are pretty bad, but they might have improved recently. We booked two bivalent vaccines online and were seen withing 5 minutes of showing up. The staff were friendly and were able to juggle the line and our vaccines pretty well, no one seemed to be waiting an overly long time.

I would avoid this pharmacy. Very unfriendly. Awful customer service. Lots of attitude. I was the only customer there, yet I felt like I was being punished for showing up.

If I could give them a 0 I would. This is the second time that they have not had the medicine I need in stock and frankly they didn't offer a whole lot of help in solving the problem except "go somewhere else"

I have gone to this pharmacy three times now to fill a single prescription, to no avail. I called in before going in person, and they confirmed they would have my prescription ready. When I got there, I waited in line, only to have them tell me that they can’t find my prescription and they don’t know who I spoke to on the phone.

Awful, just awful. I've been using CVS for the last 6 years and dealt with almost a dozen different pharmacies as I move around a lot. Never have I ever had worse service than at this one. I have had two separate instances of horrible horrible service. If you want your prescriptions on time, correct, and at the right location, don't use this CVS

Most understaffed pharmacy I've ever seen. I waited on the phone for over an hour to fill a prescription, then waited in line for 45 min to pick it up. Save your time, switch to Walgreens.
