Well unfortunately this was my last resort and I wished I would’ve stayed away. So unhelpful there’s product everywhere. I had to step around things. I was being nice about it until the man was rude while checking me out, pounded on the plexiglass for an item I wanted, I didn’t wanna ask for anything else.

Don’t believe anything they say over the phone! Drove for almost an hour because they claimed to have the hair length, color and style I wanted. Came and they didn’t have what they stated they had, the price was higher than what they quoted me. Customer service is complete trash. Would not recommend them or their deceptive practices to anyone but an enemy

Horrible customer service. The door was locked during business hours, the worker opened the door and walked away from me. I bought lashes and a comb. I asked if I could wait in the store for a minute because my ride went to get gas and I didn’t want to wait on the busy sidewalk with many men around. As I’m a girl walking alone with jewelry and a bag. The owner said no u have to leave and proceeded to escort me out while the store was open and had customers inside. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. They don’t treat PAYING customers well.

Very rude customer service. I come in the store only person that greeted me was the man that was in the store. He was helping me find heat protectant and the I greeted 3 ladies and they all just looked and roll their eyes. The woman told me to get from behind the counter when the man told me to follow him to look for a specific product she didn't ask she demanded.

I had gotten knotless boho braids and I absolutely LOVE them , THEY ARE PERFECT!!! the ladies whom did my my hair were very nice and professional, I definitely will be going back. 👍🏻💯

The overall experience was disappointing. I made an appointment weeks in advance and called to confirm my time days leading up to the appointment.
I was the first person to show up and one of the last to leave. I had been at the salon for 9 hours because the person doing my hair kept accepting walk-ins so she would stop braiding my head to go do someone else’s. It was so unprofessional and disorganized.

Stopped by to get hair to braid my daughters hair and was surprised to see a chair. My daughter and I both left with braids for a very fair price. They did an excellent job and the best part was that it was pain free and fast.
My favorite purchase in the store was the high quality waist beads. I will return to D beauty supply.
