I booked an appointment for a removal + new acrylic set. I sat down and quickly learned that Lisa would refuse to remove my nails, insisting on doing a refill. I told her I booked an appointment for a new set and am happy to pay extra for the service I asked for. She gave me attitude and straight up told me she will NOT give me a new set. Quoted me $80 for a refill. I got up and kindly said I'd like to go somewhere else. She charged me $10 for the 2 minutes she'd spent using a grinder to remove polish from my current nails. Most unbelievable experience I've ever had at a nail salon. Is this her first day on earth?! Several of her coworkers apologized to me for her attitude, seemingly implying this is a recurring issue they have with her?! She treated me awfully even though I was calm and friendly from beginning to end :( The worst part is the fish tank here is over-crowded, in direct sunlight, and has insane algae build up. I clean aquariums for a living and this is animal abuse :(

Tracy and Danny were absolutely awesome. They took the time to actually listen to us and help us flesh out what we had on mind. Definitely somewhere to go and get more than you were expecting

i went to have manicure And pedicure that wad ok the receptionist check my nail she was good I came home I noticed my nail polish was mess .today jun 18 I stop by I told them I need to change my manicure three of the talk at the same time. but one particular person. said one here to do she sound like she pest cause I show up with no appointment. she us wearing yellow shirt every one is a wetness to that happen. I been coming here for quite sometime.i just don't like the way she gives me attitude.
