Will Bergstrom was extremely helpful. We have a shipment being held in a foreign country and have been unable to get help from the DHL group emailing us or from DHL customer service both chat and phone.
Will listened, understood, answered our questions clearly, and offered additional very helpful information and forms. He went above and beyond by typing up a form for us. Absolutely superb customer service! He single-handedly restored our faith in DHL.

Would not deliver my package to my house. Never left a note at door saying they showed up. Lied about showing up. Have 6 cameras on outside of property showing they never did show up. DHL does not deliver!
Had UPS and Amazon show up in the same amount of time.

DHL agent means the worst and zero communication with their customers,.
The agent who called me for my order items was weird not corporate and they never delivered my package but he act like i wasn't at home no responded. Please let some one do your jobs instead playing game but i think you are lazy i can say.🙄

I’m writing to express my frustration regarding the recent delivery attempts for my package. I have been waiting outside at the scheduled times, yet I continue to receive notifications claiming that I was not at home. This has now happened more than once, including the following morning when I again waited outside without seeing any delivery personnel. It’s clear that no genuine attempt was made to deliver the package. I find this level of service unacceptable. I have already called to request redelivery today, and I would appreciate it if this could be handled with the urgency it deserves.

HORRIBLE company. I echo the countless other reviewers reporting that drivers simply never show up. Not during the delivery time window, not before, not after. Then they send a "sorry we missed you!" email. You missed me because YOU NEVER SHOW UP to deliver the package. Do not waste your money on this non-service. If you are to receive a package, plead with the sender to use some other company. They don't provide the service they were paid to do, blame you for it, and you end up having to pick up the package yourself (i.e., do their job for them).
