I stayed for 4 days as was at a convention. I checked in Wednesday night around 21:00 and everything was great with check in. On Thursday morning I went to take a shower and the tub/shower was so slippery that I fell out of the shower. I am 70 years old and luckily I didn't break anything or hit my head on the counter. I didn't take another shower until Saturday and had to put a towel in the shower so wasn't so slippery. The water also had a bad odor to it. I will not use this motel again

We walked in. Great customer service. Rooms are clean, quiet. Stated the night and left so can't say anything else. Think price was fair

The rooms had random red stains and the toilet was not working well. Otherwise a good experience.
Rooms: Clean bit random stains and worn down. Could use some more TLC in the space. Things just kind of looked old and outdated. Otherwise a good hotel. Also, I will say the sheets in the hotel room had random stains on it. I don't think it's a fault of the housekeepers.

Solid hotel. No frills or anything fancy, but the rooms are clean and quiet. Excellent pillows...they actually have filling in them which goes a long way! Originally had it at 4 stars, but thinking about it, they did nothing wrong and the pillows were so good, it earned the fifth star.

Added things that I did not purchase to my bill, did not add second adult to my reservation despite there being a case with hilton to do so, did not upgrade to preferred room. Customer service abysmal. Would not stay again.

The front desk receptionist( Casandra) was top notch. Very friendly and welcoming I travel a lot for work and I appreciate the positive attitude. There is a nice pool and good sized hot tub that is indoor in a atrium like room. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, but the woman working needed help. She was running around forgetting things, but I think it was because she was serving so many customers. May work is based in Minneapolis, and I think I will have to stay here when in town for work.

The bathroom had a kid sized toilet. The pool was very cold. The tv service was ridiculous. The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location.

My reservation was messed up had us at different location..got there my quote was dismissed said $100 deposit & $168 more for 2 nights..manager was rude
