I hired Drewes Law for a family to family, as-is real estate transaction so therefore a much more expensive realtor was not needed. I hired them based on the other great Google reviews and it was a great decision!They explained the process in detail and answered all of my questions up front, then got going on the process while always keeping me in the loop. We were working through a family member who was Attorney-in-fact/Power of Attorney for my grandmother, which slightly complicated things in my opinion but it was never an issue for the Drewes team.Toward the end there was an issue with the county rejecting some filings, to which Drewes Law reached out to me immediately to let me know, but also let me know they re-reviewed everything and told me they were confident there was no reason for the rejection. They called my county the next business day to which the county recognized the mistake and that it indeed should not have been rejected (mistake due to being down workers/having new workers due to Covid). The County immediately approved and I was sent the Deed a few days later. Excellent work and thoroughness by the Drewes Law Team!David, Annie and Jonathan were fantastic to work with and I would recommend them to anyone needing Real Estate law representation.Thanks Drewes Law team for helping us purchase this little piece of paradise that my family and I will continue to enjoy for years to come!

Jonathan and his team went above and beyond my expectations! Mr. Drewes was kind, curious, direct, and informative throughout our communications. He was very attentive to my needs and helped me step by step though a process I never imagined I would go through. I came out sane on the other side in a large part due to him. I still don't feel I could ever thank him enough but I know if I ever have real estate related law concerns he will handle it! We highly recommend Jonathan and his team at Drewes Law (Annie). I called several offices trying to get some real estate advice and they wouldn't even let me ask my question. When I reached out to Drewes Law I spoke directly with Jon and he was so genuinely helpful. He advised me that if I continued to need assistance he would refer me to Annie in his office who has real estate experience. Upon needing confirmation, I spoke with Annie and Jon had already advised her about our conversation (these two calls were less than 5 minutes a part), which impressed me! She was super helpful and they both made me feel comfortable moving forward with our decision. With their help, we were able to convince the other party not to proceed with trying to scare us into doing as they said. Drewes Law helped us a lot and we are very grateful for their assistance. I highly recommend Drewes Law. I sold a rental property to the long-term tenants. The two parties negotiated the terms and each side just needed someone to help with the paperwork. Through the Hennepin County Bar Association, I was referred to Drewes Law. The Drewes Law team efficiently handled all the paperwork, for a fraction of the cost of a standard real estate transaction. They were especially prompt in their services and, after a year break in negotiations, they drafted a purchase agreement within 24 hours, to meet a unexpected lending deadline. They were very responsive to my email and phone messages and their fees came in under budget. Thanks again for a great experience and a successful outcome!

We are disappointed in our overall experience with Drewes Law. We contacted them for the first time April 5, 2018. From that point we were given a complementary phone consultation where we thought things went well. They asked for additional documentation that we then supplied for them to review to determine if they could / should take the case. From here they scheduled a follow-up phone conference on May 1, 2018 which they missed. I followed up with them via email as to why they missed the phone conference on May 1 and did not hear back from them until May 7, 2018 that they were too busy to take our case and would refer us to someone else. I would not recommend their services due to lack of follow through and overall slowness to complete tasks.
