The older gentleman ( owner I believe) was beyond rude! I took my daughter to get her nails done horrible experience to say the least. Her water was cold. He didn’t ask what pedicure she wanted. He was really was a big jerk! I was ready to get up and leave when one of the other nail techs gave us both a look of I’m sorry! She was amazing! I said he’s so rude she smiled in agreement.( she understood exactly what I said, but it was clear she could say nothing to him) At that point I felt if we left she would pay the price of us leaving! She was extremely nice and tried to makeup for him!
We gave him the colors she wanted and he brought back the wrong colors and when we told him he lost it on her. Got mad and started to argue it was the right one, pulling on her feet and toes. The tech doing my nails said let me see the colors in hopes of help us she couldn’t find the ring of colors. He brought the wrong colors he put the ring of colors where they didn’t go, hoping we wouldn’t notice! My tech said where is it and he didn’t respond. My daughter then pointed them out and said “you left them over there”. He came back with the right color and the death stare as he shook his head angrily staring at her! If I’m paying over 100 dollars the least they can do is paint my nails the right color and be nice while doing them! l hope this review saves you your time, money and the horrible experience!

Manicure was quick and efficient but no frills! Surprised that it is essentially the same price as a 60 minute luxury manicure at Spalon. I think the prices are too high for a quick, basic manicure!

I’ve come here a couple times now and I most recently got my wedding nails done here with my bridesmaids and I could not be happier with how beautiful they are! The whole experience was amazing, as there were 6 of us and they had all of their nail techs in that day so we could get our nails done at the same time. It was so much fun and I will be coming here anytime I get my nails done!

Enough is enough! Service has continued to decline and prices go up. Was my go to salon for years, but now- Short staffed, only want cash payments (you will be harassed to pay cash and get attitude if you have credit or debit card) If I’m spending $150 dollars I want to be pampered. No pampering here! I was rushed, confused, uncomfortable (gave me an headache actually) rushing to get to next customer.

Thuy is the best! She always comes up with something fun and creative (see pic, matte and shiny tips) I love going to Edina nails! All of the nails techs are very talented and friendly.

I went to this nail place for a long time. I finally couldn’t tolerate it anymore and left to go to a private nail technician. My private nail technician is half the price of a set of acrylics here and 100% better quality and service. Here, they are very rough with your nails while doing acrylics or even just gel they don’t pamper you like a salon shouldand they have said a lot of passive aggressive comments to me over the time I went here.I recommend looking on instagram for a private nail tech that’s close to you.There are many out there and some do pedicures as well.And the price is WAY lower than here for WAY better service.They also take forever to finish your nails here.Literally go anywhere else.

Very nice and professional, was able to do a last minute walk in on Sunday for mani-pedi. Mani is still holding strong after a week plus! Friendly staff!

Really expensive for the effort and quality. Not worth paying extra for their tiers of pedicures, the only difference is the products they use. I got the deluxe pedicure and specifically asked for callus on my big toe to be worked on and I got a regular scrub. When I mentioned I wasn’t satisfied she didn’t do much else.
