This has become my new go-to place! Michelle and the team are always kind and welcoming. I always walk out completely happy with my new gel builder nails, no matter who ends up being my nail tech. They work with you every step of the way to check that the length, color, and shape are okay. I’ve had poor service at “high end” salons, but this one is definitely my favorite.

Great service for a reasonable fee! I got these lovely ladybugs done, which were very high-maintenance and took a decent chunk of time to complete. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and communicative, taking the time to create design I was thrilled with. My nail tech (I unfortunately didn't catch her name) was very sweet and patient, and stayed late to make sure I was happy with my set. I feel that I got the service I paid for, and would definitely recommend this salon.

Very helpful in finding a neutral color of gel that would last two weddings and a week of travel!! My nails staying perfect and unchipped for 2 weeks!!!

Wonderful services and they got me right in for a pedicure and gel manicure. Huge selection of gel colors, more than I've seen at other places I've been. It was a cool day today and they made extra-sure my toes were dry and protected from my socks and shoes, which is a delightful touch. I usually do my own nails and I noticed they use some techniques that show careful work for longer-lasting manicures, which I really appreciate.

Went here once I’m surprise that they are still open . If you are African American they are going to make you pay before you even sit down . I wouldn’t recommend it to no one
Response : I use to work in the Skyway and I was told that I had to pay before I sat down I didn't even come in because of her asking me to pay before I seat down . Your rude and distasteful but you would never have my black dollar bye bye .

Very difficult to find it’s in the heart of the city lots of traffic minimal street parking that you have to pay for lots of homeless people around which makes me a little nervous about parking my car in the street where I cannot see as the nail salon is inside a big building, their prices were very expensive for a medium length, full set and a short length full set. The first thing they said when we got there is they don’t do long nails more so they refused to do long nails. I had an older lady do my nails and it took her over 2 1/2 hours and I had a very simple medium length full set with one color no design I typically don’t go places I’ve never been before but me and my girlfriend were looking to get our nails done quickly, and I found them on Google maps and went by the pictures they had on their reviews, which are just pictures off the Internet Internet, not even their work wish I would’ve known. The nails were decent, but definitely could’ve been better for the price I’ve gotten way more difficult nails than this and it’s taken less than an hour other places.

Could actually cry at the fact that I spent $70 on this manicure. It is way too thick and uneven. Which can clearly be seen by even a photo.
When I told them I was unhappy, they said 'we don't do refunds and there's nothing we can do about your manicure.' They should have offered to remove the manicure, free of charge.
But I should have known it was going to be horrible service when the woman didn't wash my hands during the manicure. She buffed my nails and then immediately put the polish on. You're supposed to wash people's hands in order to get the dust off.

Read the response to my review. They acknowledge they put two extra coats more than standard. Claiming it was to make my nails strong. My nails are fine. Adding excess weight doesn't strengthen your nails. And no one told me they were putting extra coats on.

They do very poor job on manicuring, not following all steps of cleaning, buffering, and smoothing nails. she soaked my hand cold water, buffered my nair, gave me 1 minutes msg with and told me to go wash it off. After I wash my hand she got ready to pain color…not finished removing glue off my nail and not smooth it out the buffer nail. Still charged me $25 for unfinished service.
I will never go back and I make sure to inform others of this place.

Very friendly and kind staff! Easy to book by calling.
My one sadness is that my mani started chipping after only a few days, but otherwise it was all great!
