Tyler and Brenna were both friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. I received a rental in connection with a State Farm auto insurance claim under my 80/20 rental coverage and made my Enterprise reservation through State Farm's online portal while submitting my claim.
The Uptown Minneapolis location is conveniently located right next door to Master Collision where I was having my car repaired so they work in tandem with the body shop on my timing. I received a call from Tyler to confirm my reservation almost immediately after getting off the phone with the body shop to set up my car drop-off appointment.
The whole process went seamlessly. They just needed a few signatures, my driver's license, and a credit card on file for a (refundable) security deposit and any other charges that would be assessed. All the documentation was paperless and copies were sent to my email.
Due to limited inventory, I was given an Audi Q3 (awesome, by the way) despite my reservation being for an "Intermediate" vehicle described as "Hyundai Elantra or equivalent."
Luckily, Enterprise charged me the lower rate of the two rather than the Luxury rate of the Audi. Score!
Overall, I'd give the experience 4 stars.
Less 1 star simply because I was charged the lower rate only because I called to inquire about it the day after picking up. When it was set up, the system automatically charged the rate of the vehicle that was dispensed, so they were able to override that and make sure I wasnt charged more than I should've been. If only that had happened without my having to highlight it, I would have given 5 stars.

Thank you to the team at this location for making my rental car experience so easy! I got in an accident on a Monday and they pushed to get me into a car that same day, which was super important to me. The staff was friendly and super helpful, and I was able to drop the rental off at the body shop where my car was getting fixed for them to pick up. I appreciate your help during this stressful time in my life! Thank you!

I rented a car from this Enterprise location last September. The car they gave me had a broken left side-view mirror that someone had tried to patch up by sticking a one inch by two inch fisheye mirror onto, which made merging onto the highway or changing lanes to the left feel unsafe. The car also reeked of some sort of cleaning agent; the smell got into my clothes and my hair and stuck around after each drive.
I pointed out the problems with the car when I returned it and asked how to give feedback to Enterprise corporate on my rental. The agent at this location offered to remove a day from the cost of my rental. I told him I'd appreciate the reduction in rental cost given the state of the car but that would still be filling out feedback. They did not take a day's price off of the cost of the rental.

Really shocked by the scummy behavior of this place! The car was given to my girlfriend with some damage, she asked about it and they said not to worry about it. Now they are trying to charge her 5000 in damages for a car she barely had for 6 hours. From the bill it’s clear that not only are they trying to blame her for the previous damage, they’ve also tried to charge her for outlandish repairs that have nothing to do with that damage. Truly and thoroughly disappointed and disgusted they would try to take advantage of a young woman in this way.

Didn’t think it would be that easy to get my rental going after an accident. Enterprise service was excellent, everything was well managed and efficient. The girl whose sales associates was extremely nice and professional.

I'm always a little on guard when approaching a car rental desk. I often have an experience where I'm being pressured into spending money unnecessarily. My experience at Enterprise on Lake St was excellent. Super friendly service from Tamara.

Just would like to spotlight how excellent the customer service was! When I came in a few weeks ago, Jakob was extremely great! He explained all info that I would need to know. I had just got out of an accident, and he was super helpful. My daughter was with me as well. Dude is great. Came in today to return the keys and he was just as awesome the first day lol. Also Braden was great as well. Super respectful, an helpful. They know there job in and out! Plus they go the miles to help people. Hopefully they get a raise!
