Bee assisted us in November. An elderly traveler fell down on the nearby escalator and she immediately jumped into action with my spouse to assist them up. She proceeded to thank us and provide exceptional customer relations!

I rented a SUV. When I got there they said that they didnt have any. I showed them my rental but they didnt seem concerned and I got a sedan instead. What is the purpose of paying for a vehicle if you dont get what you want? Not impressed, this isnt the way service is supposed to happen.

They cancelled my reservation with no notice or explanation and were sold out on walk-in options. I had to go to another rental company and pay twice the rate.

I wish I would have jotted down the name of the young man who helped us last Sunday (25 Aug, 2024) but he was just a customer experience PRO. Got us in, fixed our issue, charged us nothing and sent us on our way. Fantastic experience.

This is not just a review, but a recognition to Andrew Weller at St. Paul airport. He didn’t hesitate on helping me to find a forgotten jacket on my car. I was surprised how Andrew was focused on helping me to solve this, in a fast and happy way. Enterprise, you did well and having Andrew with you, I’ll be back just because of Andrew’s mindset on customer service. Big thanks Andrew!

The absolute BEST experience anyone could have renting a car! Long story short. My flight got canceled and had to drive a one way to MSP and it was so easy! Wonderful customer service! Always love Enterprise & Terminal 2 Enterprise @ MSP even better. Loved my rental & easy pick up & drop off with nice folks that appreciate your business.
While the airport is under reconstruction, do allow extra time if you are flying in/out of Terminal 1. You need to use the Tram NOT the Light Rail.

I’m a frequent renter through enterprise for business and leashed trips. it’s always an easy quick check in and a normal check out process. Chris and Ulyssa (I know I spelled it wrong) both greeted me, asked if I had any questions and directed me where I needed to go. Both VERY Friendly. Whoever is reading this, I would highly suggest having them both move up to train new hires as the experience was bar none.

Horrible service. Man at counter gave me no contract, and gave me the same car as the next person in line. Got stopped at the exit and had to go back. Put me in two additional cars before I could drive out. Never did get a contract, waiting to see my bill since I never signed anything.
