I had my car in for body work and rented a car from enterprise on fernbrook lane in plymouth.
Alex couldn't have been better. The service was great. Both the pickup and the drop off were quick and easy.

When we picked up the van there was a hubcap missing and we mentioned the minimal tire tread but we were told it met their standards. As we drove we noticed a strong vibration coming from the wheel that had hubcap missing. We did make it to our destination and back with no issues but never felt completely safe. We think that Enterprise was not as concerned with safety as they might be especially for a 15 passenger van.

These guys are a joke. We set up our reservation months in advance, called multiple times, and they still screwed up our reservation and wasted our time. We will never use this location.

This was my first rental car transaction and from the second we arrived at the office I was left alone and with absolutely no communication by the office manager Chad. He had an adjuster on hold via speaker he left to grab another customer with no announcement. I then heard someone pick up on hold and I introduced myself stated the enterprise agent left and tried to help myself navigate. Once we had the approval I was stuck waiting about 30 min while he helped others after me. He did not clearly communicate the $300 deposit which was even more frustrating I was able to give what I had in my account until payday but to take my last cent as a single mother is probably the hardest thing to stomach. If I would have been told this o would have tried other options. The vehicle they gave me was really uncomfortable to drive, it squeaked when I braked. The windshield wipers were horrendous. I couldn't even see clearly out my windows it was filthy. One tire cap was missing had to get air returned not even before 24hrs. I will use HERTZ after this.

Even though I ended up waiting 45 minutes to get my rental car, which was not the fault of Enterprise but of the woman who was late returning the car, they still earn five stars from me. Leo did a wonderful job making things right when things were out of his control. The Voya minivan we rented was perfect for our family's road trip to Nashville! Very clean and comfortable!
Thank you Enterprise! We will rent from you again!

The whole team at Enterprise healed me out when Avis dropped the ball right at rental time. The communication and flexibility was outstanding. The truck was in great shape but the customer service was worth every penny.

Katie was a blessing. She was so helpful finding me a rental I liked at a moments notice. Katie spent the time to review all the important facts about the vehicle, so I was comfortable driving off in a strange vehicle. The follow up was with Sam, he was so happy & helpful with my return.
