Terrible service? They treat you very badly, the attention is terrible. I made a shipment with them in the month of July 2024, it is the month of December, and they don't give me a response about my box every time, it's a different excuse. I ask them what happened to my box and they don't know what to tell me. They don't even give the company information about who receives it in my country, according to what they don't know? In short, my box was lost, I went to the office to ask and there were other people with the same problem, do not fall for this scam, I do not recommend sending with these people at all.
