I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Eric's auto. For being used vehicles they have lasted much longer than I had anticipated. Eric and his crew are great people and have good customer service. Eric is a great guy.

I got a junk car and spend a lot of money on fixing the issues. Plus the service is not professional, I don’t receive the title after purchased the car about 2 month there. They hired a lady at desk in there very rude and uneducated, poor service and no upbringing at all.

They're good people and seem to be lenient with low income customers so I feel bad giving a low score. If your credit is really bad, this might be a decent option if you're a mechanic yourself.The car was very dirty on the inside. Which is fine, but you'd think they'd find what time to vacuum it. But then the alignment was so bad, a tire got shredded right away despite being in pretty good condition.It started bumping really, really badly. I thought maybe it just needed a bearing or control arm, but the entire front suspension was blown out and and the whole front axel assembly and sway bar needed to be replaced, a long with the control arm, bearing and all four tires (likely due to poor alignment). The axel boot was also punctured and spraying oil everywhere so I had to fill it constantly.Sadly, the warranty had JUST expired at this point because I had just crossed 30 days. I still owe over $800 on this vehicle but have to spend around $3000 making it safe to drive in winter it and I'm not 100% sure what I'm going to do.They're good people and I wish I could recommend this place. Sadly, I wouldn't really recommend it unless you're a mechanic who can install the parts at home.-David

We were there in and out quickly. It wasn't the car we planned on but we got a better one! Sommer was so much considerate about what we were looking for! We love our car! Road trip time for us!
