drinking coffee out of a cute lil cup while walking through here is an ideal way to spend a weekend morning. Prices are fair, and the inspiration is priceless. lots of cool things like wooden fish, fiber art, tv trays, random cool vintage fabrics, and all sorts of puzzling kitsch.

My partner and I love coming here! Labor Day weekend, we were on the prowl for some art for our bathroom, and as always we found something great at E’s. The selection is always fun and different when we come, and the prices are great! My ladies look great in the bathroom!!

Truly a hidden gem! This place is heaven for Minneapolis vintage lovers. The shop owner has absolutely divine taste, and you’ll be charmed and amazed by the treasures you find here. Everything is reasonably priced and so unique. The shop looks deceptively small from the outside, but the inside reveals a number of connected rooms full to the brim with treasures. Highly recommend a visit.

Always drive by E's Emporium and decided to stop by. If you care about the conversation of Cultural Appropriation, then this is a review to consider before supporting this store. To keep it brief there was a huge amount of items in this store that are sacred to many BIPOC peoples cultures (Indigenous, African, Asian, etc). As far as I know the store is owned by someone who is white. For people curious about cultural appropriation, It's an issue when white people sell other cultures art, clothing, etc. It continues the narrative that white people are allowed to take and profit off whatever they desire without consideration or meaningful care of the people from the cultures they are taking from.Essentially, I asked the employee there if they have any policies to give back the items to the people whose culture they originate from. The employee said no they do not and they will sell the pieces to anyone including selling the sacred items to other white people... They also said that no one has ever brought this conversation up before and that they didn't need to listen to me because im a fellow white person and therefore why should i have a problem with it. The same employee also reacted defensively to my questions and used a phrase like " we will look into it (cultural appropriation), thank you for your sensitivity" as an insincere gesture to deflect me and move along with their day.

E's is such a neat little shop! The owner was super friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. Her shop has so many cool items - you could entertain yourself for an hour in here just walking around and looking at everything. If you are a vintage lover, or just like odd knick knacks then you should stop on by.
