Excellent! Facility was clean, well-maintained, reasonably-priced, and had easy access with plenty of dollies. I had short term storage for a move. If I need any other storage, I will absolutely use Extra Space!

This was an absolute nightmare. We needed space for a week and called to reserve a spot. We were told we could do everything online, then after they took our deposit, the phone staff said absolutely not, we had to be in the office before 5 to get into the space. We had to change our travel plans to reach the office on time, including taking time off work. We only made the deposit because we were specifically told we could sign paperwork remotely. When we got there, the staff member said that the company has a third party handling the phones.
After we left, Extra Space billed us for a second month even though we were told there was no auto renewal and even though I confirmed our checkout with the front desk guy a week after we moved in. My wife has been on hold with their phone line for over half an hour and is in tears.
I don't understand how they have so many five star reviews. Dealing with them has been a nightmare and I regret that we accepted their phone service's advice on anything at all.

Chad provided top tier service. When I called initially, he took the time to fill in information to save us time later. He also asked questions to find us the best storage unit for what we needed and to get us the best deal. When I arrived, he again took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was comfortable accessing and finding our storage unit. I can’t say enough positive things about his professionalism and customer service! I would highly recommend this location / company.

MOD, Chad, was extremely helpful and took the time to make sure I understood the agreement I was signing and shared options for payment. He gave a us a tour and did not make us feel rushed about our decision. We appreciate the great customer service.

Chad was rude tried to make me move a clients packages to his unit cause he’s too big and lazy started cussing and refused service. Don’t be like Chad show some service excellence.

I started renting a storage unit today at this facility. I have to say, WOW! The associate that helped me finalize my lease, direct me to my unit, inform me about where to unload vehicles etc. was ABSOLUTELY amazing. The associate was cheerful, attentive, extremely informative, personable and knowledgeable. The units here are well kept, easy to get to and very clean. DEFINITELY recommend!
