Truth is ..... ? I am going to miss this location ? so much ! ?
I've been renting different storage units for Three or four years now...
And honestly in tears ? this was the best move I've ever made.
I admit I was so sad to have to leave ?.

This place is so awesome! I feel like I’m in ad commercial every time I come in. The two African American employee in the front are exceptionally helpful. I enjoy the cleanliness and access to the push carts that are always available at the loading dock.

What can I say…. Joanna has been so professional, helpful, kind person. Honestly she has been the best part of my extra space experience. I can only hope the company appreciates and rewards the dedication and work ethic of such a valuable employee.

Genuinely the most unprofessional, shady and honestly annoying experiences i’ve ever had with a business. along with multiple others that left low ratings, my bill was randomly increased 80 dollars per month after moving in with no notice given (61% increase) When i called to ask about it I was gaslighted by the staff about it. The worker proceeded to hang up on me and then when I tried to call back would pick up and place me on hold so i wasn’t able to get through. Paying over 200 a month to a business to be treated like that by the staff is disgusting. I will never rent with this company again. They are genuinely shady and the staff at this location are specifically rude and unprofessional and I would never return here again. I recommend reading other 1 Star Reviews also.
