I’m extremely disappointed with the current state of this facility. I have been here for a while and everything was fine at first, but over the past couple of months the conditions have changed drastically. There are rats in this building and I’ve never seen this level of rodent activity or the amount of large feces I’ve encountered here.
Because of this infestation, I’ve had to throw out a significant amount of my belongings. I’ve already filled multiple bags and was charged extra for disposal, which feels unfair considering the only reason I’m getting rid of these items is due to the facility’s failure to maintain basic sanitation and safety standards. Introducing new monthly fees during an active infestation is unacceptable.
I travel for work and I use storage units regularly, but this has been the worst experience I’ve had. I will be relocating to another facility as soon as possible and would not recommend this location until management resolves the rodent problem and restores proper upkeep.

SO MANY MICE. terrible management - i got locked out of the building multiple times even after asking her to double check. i’d need help and call during business hours but get no answer only to walk to the office and see her playing on her phone ignoring my calls. the rent went up when they took away parking for storage customers; if you have anything big to move you better pray there’s a bay available because i get the feeling they’d love to tow you. shoutout to the guy in the office for helping me dispose of the mouse i caught in my unit, at least.

I recently inquired about my existing unit at the front desk and Meshach was of great help and discovered a discrepancy in the pricing of my unit and with the help from the general manager they adjusted my pricing. I greatly appreciate their customer service by following up with me in person and over the phone. It’s been a good customer experience thus far.

I reserved an appliance dolly in advance of my move - because that’s the whole point of making a reservation, right? Apparently not here. When I showed up, the rep casually informed me it wasn’t available because “they didn’t bring it back.” That was news to me, since no one thought to give me a heads-up beforehand.
I relied on this dolly for my move, and instead had to scramble to find a replacement the day of - exactly what I was trying to avoid by planning ahead. The rep’s idea of fixing the problem was simply removing the charge from my bill. Groundbreaking.
When I escalated to the general manager, I got the same level of “service”: rude, dismissive, and equally unhelpful. If you value reliability or customer service, do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

Super smooth pick up and incomparably better than other uhaul locations.
The gentleman who helped me (I believe he said name was meshik) was quick and very friendly it was breath of fresh air working with him.
I’d recommend this location in a heartbeat

Almost no gas in the truck when we picked it up, returned it with more than we got it and still were charged a gas fill fee. Requested a dolly but one was not provided, so we had to return to the shop to pick it up. Rental drop-off instructions were misleading and when I went in to the store to speak with the clerk and the manager, they were incredibly rude to me.
Embarrassingly bad customer service.

There’s a bad mouse infestation here. I’ve seen mice multiple times. The moving carts are covered in mouse feces. I had to throw away most of my belongings that I stored here.
Note that most of the reviews you see are from when a different company owned this location.

The customer service provided was the worst that I’ve had in such a long time.
I got there at 8:30am to open the lock and there were no keys. Other two people had the same issue. We waited until 9:00am, which is the time they are supposed to open, and had to wait 45 minutes. When the employee arrived, she did not even say sorry and came in with the worst attitude. When I asked what had happened, she said that her coworker’s car broke down and that she overslept.
I understand we can be late for a job, but not coming in with the right attitude, let alone an apology is insane. On top of that, the truck was extremely dirty and gross.
Very unsatisfied with the service provided.

The switch to U-Haul management has not been great. There is a significant and visible rodent problem at this location to which I was told “there was nothing they can do”. I was storing excess inventory for my clothing business and had to discard a significant amount due to damage. I would proceed with caution if you choose to store here.

Very disappointed with the switch from previous owners to U-Haul. I had my stuff stored for three months with this location and everything was covered in rat feces. The amount indicates that there is a significant rat problem here. I had nothing scented in my storage unit. I had to get rid of a bunch of stuff. Would not reccommend storing here. It is also dirty, unkept, and there is no room for extra parking.

What a joke the “online move in” was. I was given a code to get to my unit, code wouldn’t work. Help? Says TEXT a number, not call…text. Do you think anyone responded while I had all my stuff loaded up? Nope, only caused me extra loading and unloading. Save yourself the headache and energy and go somewhere else! Terrible service. Very disappointing of Uhaul.

I rented a moving truck from this location and when I showed up to get the truck along with two dollies I had also reserved I was told that all of the dollies had been rented out for the day and they didn't have any for me, even though I had reserved them over a month ago. What is the point of reserving equipment if the reservation means nothing?!!
The truck was fine and the person who helped me when I arrived to get the truck was also fine, but they totally dropped the ball with the equipment reservation.
