Five stars for Steven!
I’ve been a long-term customer at this Extra Space Storage location, and I can honestly say that Steven is the reason I stay. Managing a storage unit over several years can sometimes be a hassle, but Steven makes it seamless. He is professional, incredibly kind, and always goes the extra mile to ensure my needs are met. It’s rare to find this level of consistent, high-quality customer service these days. If you’re looking for a place that actually cares about its long-term tenants, ask for Steven!

good, but i don't like being asked to write reviews, especially if i was first asked if i had a good experience. also their payment plan left a bad taste in my mouth.

I rented a unit for a couple of months over the summer and just returned again for another short-term rental. I’ve used several storage facilities over the years, and coming back here was an easy choice. The building is clean, after-hours access is easy, and Steve has been really helpful whenever I’ve had questions. I’d definitely recommend this place and will return again in the future.

This place was great while I needed it. The location is convenient and I really loved the new bluetooth gate system. It was very nice to not have to get out of my car to punch in my access code. I would use this place again!

Steve on Industrial Blv . Just off of Hwy 280 in Mpls has been terrific. Helping us merge from two units to one , keeping the place spotless and being an available when we needed help . June - 2023 This is not really an edit, it is an update , just to say :Stephen G. is doing a terrific job on Industrial Blv. , keeping the place clean, safe and workable ,even when thing happen to get quite busy. His demeaner is always just right as he works with a wide range of folks , including us. Thanks Stephen, but remember my ultimate goal is to not have any storage units at all. Fat chance on that! When searching for different storage units the reviews of Stephen were definitely something that drew me to this facility. Having worked with him a couple of times in the last few months he has always been incredibly kind and compassionate with me. I’ve had no complaints with the unit and his service.

From start to finish the customer service has been wonderful as well as the customer service. Steve the manager of the Extra Space on Industrial Blvd. was so helpful and patient in walking us through what units to secure, payment, how to download the app and showing us where the units were located. So far so good!
