Somehow all the reviews from when this was Extra Space Storage just rolled over to UHaul and it is NOT managed or maintained the same at all. Security features have almost all been stripped away and the back gate to access the building has been missing for months. What was a 5 star review for Extra Space is now totally the opposite. My old review: Definitely the most well maintained storage facility I’ve experienced and the property manager goes above and beyond to be welcoming, accommodating, and helpful.

Clean space. Nice mgmt. The entire time I have been renting though, at least one door is broken. Getting inside is the most difficult access I've ever come across. Terrible. I'll be looking around again.
Update: Uhaul has bought out Extra Storage which is what this review was for. Uhaul has been excellent. Changing my star rating to 5.

Opened a business account and met Eddie that day. He assured me that he was very willing and able to receive my shipments, unload and transport them to the second floor where he and his crew would not only stack with care but on occasion has straightened up for me to make room for the new materials. They definitely go above and beyond to help us out and I’d just bet they will for you too.

If I could pick more than five stars, I definitely would the customer service. Eddie and his team are amazing. I have been with them a few years and they are very accommodating and the space is very clean and very easy and access and always available to help when you need any assistance with your account or space or add spaces, I know have three storage lockers, thank you for everything you and your team

Was at this facility yesterday after buying a unit at auction. This is definitely one of the cleanest self-storage buildings I have ever been in. Front desk people are helpful and very friendly! Highly recommend.

Extra Space storage has been so great I’ve rented from them for a few months and I have zero complaints. Most of all Eddie (manager) has been amazing, I get alot of deliveries for my business and he always handles them with care and makes sure there is excellent communication! The space is always clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place for your storage space!

Eddie and the team at the Minneapolis location on American Blvd are incredible. This is the second time we've rented a storage space with them in preparation for a nearby conference, and we'd absolutely do it again. Super cooperative and great with communication - so thankful for their help!
