A very kind lady from there called to see if I wanted to be on there automatic medicine mailing program. I had quit going through them because I get tired of being there Joke. Needless to say today was my first experience with that and it was a huge mistake to think there different they were to ship 4 different medications. Texted verification on only 2 then when I called treated like a joke because of there inaccurate text information. Wow really done with this treatment. Your pharmacy is a crucial part of your medical team. Nice they treat you like an ignorant Joke... Yikes no thanks

Front desk staff was rather rude. I requested a call from management, and they never bothered to reach out to address my concern.

Negligent patient care. I work in the healthcare field and this pharmacy embodies all of the issues that are broken in our healthcare system. I’ve heard negative experiences from my patients and unfortunately I had to experience it for myself. As a patient, they spent more time with me on payment plan than on helping me understand new meds. Giving the impression they’re more worried about money than patient care. The male pharmacist I talked to on the phone lacked any compassion, blaming manager Landon Sanderson for any errors with prescription and my concern over lack of patient guidance and care. When I tried to contact Landon about my concerns, I received no response. My own patients have had life threatening complications due to their negligence which is why I felt the need to write a review. I myself was almost hospitalized due to an error in medication. I will never be using this pharmacy again, and never referring patients here again. I talked with my doctor to ensure they no longer refer here as well.

Everyone is very polite at Fairview Pharmacy they do still require you put on a mask when you walk into the building

Worst customer service I have experienced. They literally will laugh at you, hang up on you, and transfer you without notice. This has to be the worst pharmacy, the only reason I have to use them is because my insurance won't give me any other options.

Theses people are human! They go above and beyond to help. I’ve been trying to get a unique medicine for months as suggested by my oncologist team but the hospital they work in didn’t have access to it. Standard pharmacies don’t carry it either. Someone suggested Fairview and boom! They have it. I’m so grateful. I needed a mast cell stabilizer badly. Thanks for the save!!

Top Notch Customer Service. Best of the best. Everyone is super helpful with great attitudes, very low wait times. The pharmacists go above and beyond answering any concerns, and are very happy to do as many follow up question with you as you feel necessary. Helpful reminder system is set up for timely medication deliveries.

I don't think I've had better service with any company period (not just pharmacies). Every concern is heard, they've gone above and beyond to engage with other pharmacies on my behalf, it's shocking how good they've been given the state of most customer support services.

They may only mail or career your drugs to you because it's a cancer care type drugstore. But I remained working through my treatment and this pharmacy is on my way home from work
