I was diagnosed with type II diabetes at your facility. I was prescribed and provided with a test kit including test strips. I was also provided with a refill of test strips but they are the incorrect ones. This is very serious. I cannot check my glucose levels. How could this kind of mistake possibly occur?? I need the correct strips and I need them delivered.

I’m leaving this 5 star for Dimetri, my spelling may be off. There were complications getting my scrip but they handled it so well, seeing my frustration with the situation, and accommodated like a Boss!
My frustration wasn’t with her but with the system! And I voiced that.
Regardless, Dimitri gets 10 stars!
Patient, kind, understanding, informative, honest, respectful and warm! Just a beautiful human! And it sucks to know that’s Rare these days!

Had to circle the busy block, park 3 blocks away, pay 30 for parking and zig zag thru buildings to pick up a prescription.

Came through when other pharmacies failed at sourcing my prescriptions because of a shortage of medication. Excellent service. I will never use Walgreens or Walmart pharmacies again.

This pharmacy goes out of their way to help you get what you need. Someone in this office advocated with Ucare on the phone until one of my meds went through. I don’t even live that close to Minneapolis anymore but I still use this pharmacy due to their great customer service.

While the place is very close to the clinics and one expects that the time to get prescription medicines won’t take much time. However, in realty this place drains out the energy by putting one through long wait times. Otherwise, people working here are good and friendly.

If your a patient in the hospital and the doctor gets your prescription there quickly, you wait time should be under an hour. We are on beginning of hour three of our wait. This is not a a place to go if you wanted to be treated like a decent customer or a human being. Everyone hates being her and I think the staff (under staffed) hate it the most. Good luck if your fate brings you here. You will lose a lot of time.
