Their photo service is horrible. It's the only walgreens location I've ever had that's had an issue with photo and/or printing. Every time I've ordered photos they're not ready within the window they give you. I always have to have someone manually print it for me.

Nothing wrong with the store, but the staff is horrible. They must have needed to fill the positions badly because I have no idea how they could have passed an interview. Rude, short with customers, and so, painfully awkward. It's always an uncomfortable experience checking out at this store.

I hate Walgreens. Their online services suck. There seems to be no communication between their email and text messages. During the pandemic I had been able to avoid physically entering this store. It has been closed since being robbed and vandalized during the riots in spring 2020 and only reopened during late fall. I had been able to get my prescriptions delivered to me but finally I had to pick up one which required me to go to the store in person. I used the "express" service option which I assumed would allow me to rush in grab my prescription, and flee. What a mistake. When I got to the pharmacy I had to stand in line and wait as there was no express line. When I finally got to the window it took them forever to find my prescription as their system seems to be throw everything randomly into a box and the clerk must then look at every package. When he finally found my prescription, I said I had already paid for it using the online express option and he needed a number that had been sent to me. I searched all my Walgreens emails but couldn't find a number. I told him several times that I could not find it but there seemed to be no way he could independently confirm I had paid without the f**king number. Finally he mentioned that it should have been in a text. All this time I had been searching emails. Okay there it was in a text. So I got my prescription a left after spending more time with express check out than if I had simply gone in and paid when picking up. Thanks a lot!!! Also their phone service, particularly their "on hold" message telling you that they are busy but will get to soon which is repeated continuously, is horrible. I should look at CVS.
