I came in yesterday to print flyers for my missing cat. I was absolutely beside myself and could barely function. Tiffany not only helped me troubleshoot a printing issue, but also gave me a hug and offered the kindest, most comforting words during what felt like the end of the world for me.
I truly hope FedEx knows how valuable Tiffany is — not just as an employee, but as a deeply compassionate person who makes a real difference in this community.
Happy to report my cat was found today! Thanks so very much 😭

Since three decades that is 30 years, I have dreaded to come to Kinko’s FedEx because of the customer service was just horrible this past week they have new staff that is fantastic. I highly recommend them. They’re good people. They’re down to earth and there is no more attitude at Kinko’s thank you Kinko’s for hiring new people.

Went here to get some pdf documents printed but all the different printers I tried kept experiencing the same error. I asked one of the workers to help but they never came to fix the issues with the printer. I went up to the front desk and they asked if I “figured it out”, which I thought was pretty unprofessional. Paid the extra $2.50 to print up front. What could’ve been a 5 min basic printing job turned out to be over 40 mins.
