The wait is so long just to drop off a simple package. I don't think it is the staff's fault, the place is too understaffed.Huge contrast to the UPS store nearby which has 3x the employees and they seem to be having a fairly good time.

First off FedEx won’t deliver to my address because of road construction. Ups and USPS haven’t had an issue they either park a block over or in alley and walk a few feet to deliver it. Not FedEx, they instead mark it as business closed(which it is never closed, it’s an apartment with 24hour reception). I had to have every package redirected to either this location, Walgreens, or FedEx corporate in rogers. The only place I’ve had a problem with is this location, they are rude, don’t follow corporate rules, guidelines, or guidance from corporate customer service; making a frustrating situation more frustrating. The young woman this morning new of my frustration and intentionally antagonize me getting me upset. She then refused to get my package and threatened to call security because I cursed. Horrible service by lazy people!….went in for a third time with a QR code I received from customer service. They were somewhat busy and I went up to the counter where the worker was and tried to apologize. I then told here I had the QR code, she was of course rude and said she was refusing to help me. So I went yo the other counter where another girl was working which she helped me a few times in the past and was always helpful, but she too refused to help, she was helping people who were behind me, I only wanted my package that was all. Of course I was upset and left yelling and cursing….. a couple hours went by and I picked up a friend had them use the QR code….I said as I was leaving this morning, I WILL GET MY PACKAGE BY THE END OF THE DAY! Such a great team. Derek, Michelle, and Tiffany were helpful with my printing project. They were patient, answered all of my questions, made suggestions, and made the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by this location for all your printing needs.

I had to stop by this location because someone decided to steal my package that had a card I ordered in it for my aunts birthday. I choose to buy and print one instead. I walked in, I was greeted immediately. One of the customer services reps immediately helped walk me through the steps I needed to take to utilize the self service area. She was super helpful and my documents came out perfect. The store was clean and well kept.

This is by far the best FedEx location, everyone is so n ice and friendly and helpful. Yordi, Yule and Que are always super quick and efficient and make my errands of running to FedEx a breeze. Highly recommend this location!

I have now used the Uptown Fed Ex location for two printing jobs. One simple letterhead print job and one more complex job of a celebration of life program. The celebration job involved photos of many different sizes and 4 color pages. I can't begin to praise the individuals that helped me with the printing job. They were both so helpful. Thank you Patience and Yul.

I usually avoid printing at Fedex locations as prices are usually higher than other places, however, had a sensitive work document to print and mail, and this was the closest location to me. The good, self printing is easy and things are quick. Needed a black pen to fill out a form, no black pen available in the self service area, but have a bunch in my car.The not so great---although when I walked in there were 4 people behind the counter (2 working on projects), only 1 person was dispatching customers and although there were 3 of us waiting, that 1 person being dispatched took forever. I suppose an employee in the back finally saw the line was getting longer and he casually strolled to help the next customer. Then parking is not free. There is a parking in the back and i believe is 2 bucks per half hour. Had to return to send another package and this time I was the only one there so it was a quick transaction. But if i had to ship out packages, not sure i would return here as is a 50/50 if you have quick and out service or wait in line for a good amount of time.

I came in near closing time with a time-sensitive need to print off a bunch of flyers for an anti-racism event the next morning. Even though I was really cutting it close, they helped me out, put the print job through on one of the super fast copiers behind the counter so it would get done on time, and answered all my questions. Patience, the manager, proved to be the total embodiment of her name, and I am so grateful for her care and kindness. We hold events like this every couple of months, and I'll be coming back again (with more lead time in the future!).

This place is unprofessional. My partner went in to grab a package and one of the workers there called him a scammer in front of a line of customers for not having an ID with his current address. He was able to prove his address in the end.

Very mediocre FedEx location. The people that work at the location are nice but so painfully slow. If you come to this location expect whatever you’re doing to take quite a while.

I usually have no problem printing here however my last experience unfortunately soured it for me.I designed holiday cards in Photoshop to get printed and uploaded them through the website. When I picked them up, they were blurry and not good quality. They told me orders made through the Canva option on their website often do not turn out good and to call customer service to get a refund.I called customer service multiple times trying to get a refund however the manager, Derrick, needs to be in to talk to the representative and every time I called, he was not in even though they told me he would be in the next day. They left multiple messages for him to call me back and he didn't. When I was finally able to get in touch with him, he told me his schedule and to come into the store during those times. I did and he wasn't there. I felt like I was being dodged and was never able to get my money back.Local print shops will print a test copy of your work and let you know how it looks. I sent the same exact file to a local print shop after this and it was good to go right away and the quality was great. At FedEx they just print all of it regardless of what the quality is and make it impossible to get a refund. I am much more comfortable now spending the extra money going somewhere local that cares about the quality of their print jobs and will work with you, not against you.
