Came in to get a tire repaired. Firestone tires I purchased here. Under warranty. They refused to repair the tire. Told me I had to replace all four. So the warranty which you pay extra for is worthless. Will never buy tires from any Firestone again. Went to WSP Hometown Tire and Service. GREAT service and prices. Buh Bye Firestone 👋

I recommend this Firestone because of Zach and the great workers they have. I had a couple problems with my vehicle and they took care of it with no problem. Great customer service, great training for new workers and some fast and hard workers and great prices

I had a problem with my windshield washer fluid not working. They flushed my fluid reservoir and refilled with new fluid. They didn't charge me. I am a regular customer and really appreciate the outstanding customer service

This place used to be reliable but has changed its tune as of late. They recently replaced my struts and the car is still making noise. It wasn't prior to the strut replacement. I've been told this noise is normal, but it sure doesn't sound like it should be. When I brought it back, they had it all day. Didn't call me with an update. Didn't have a solution for why the noise is still happening. I will be taking it to another shop for a second opinion, and I'm thinking of not taking my car here for repairs again. They're good for tires, but I question repairs now. Edit: in total I went 6 times before Firestone admitted they screwed up and did a full warranty replacement. I will never take my car here again.

My husband brought in his car at 9am and they said it wouldn’t take long to get done what they had to do. They got two parts both were the wrong parts and didn’t tell him. He was there all day and with no fix and lack of communication. Absolutely terrible service. We have been going to Firestone for a long time and this was the worst we have ever seen.

Gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and informative. He explained everything, and didn't push any extra services. All four wheels were aligned faster than an oil change at the dealership! On line scheduling was very convenient.

Exceptional service… I came here to have my new tires balanced (because Discount Tire would not balance them due to having aftermarket lug nuts lol). I Called firestone and explained my situation to Leo and he said come on in we will take care of you! So I shot over to firestone and they balanced the tires now my vibration is gone and I can go out of town this weekend without my entire truck shaking. Side note* I work at a shop (we don’t do tires) and I can tell you that these guys are knowledgeable and trustworthy!

Was road tripping down from Manitoba, to Minneapolis, for a concert and long weekend of adventuring. We got a slow leak through the drive on a Saturday that required filling the tire up every 30 minutes of driving. We couldn’t find anybody this late into the drive that would take us, and the few that we tried turned us away.
This location was able to fit us in, in short notice, patch the tire quickly, and was exceptionally accommodating in every way possible. The staff were all friendly and helpful that we encountered.
Will recommend them to anyone that will listen.
