Would give this place 0 stars if possible. Had the worst customer service ever. Employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. Would name drop if I could but didn't catch any of them. Whoever was working Monday night should be heavily reconsidered as employees.

Manager named Kim dark hair big lady at this place very rude and disrespectful to my kids. I wanted to talk to her and she was hiding and wouldn't come out after being super unprofessional talking shit about my kids to other employees!!!! That is your job lady I just don't understand why people are like that and work retail!!! We ended up putting back most of our stuff because of her. I would love for a higher up to contact me ASAP!!!! Thank you.

The experience at Below 5 was disappointing. The shoe section was disorganized. A staff member was unhelpful and rude to us, instructing us to return items. We hardly tried 2 flip flops. This resulted in a negative impression of the store's customer service.

Went during business hours and the doors were locked. No sign on the doors or anything. Drove all the way to the store for it to be closed.

Great store with wide variety. But a handful of the products are made bad, resulting in breaking easily. But otherwise it is great for room decor, games, stationery, etc etc
