So I just happened to be in the area, so I stopped in this store to find a calendar/planner! 1 of the staff had already told me where they were, I just wanted to be sure, which is when I asked a staff that said to me that, she’s the manager, and had never seen any calendar/planner, so I went back to the original person which whom I asked, Very polite and eager to help, she took me right to the calendar and planner’s. Of course I was offended that the “manager” was totally reluctant. Most likely, my family friends or anyone who I know, I refuse to deal with reluctance anywhere that I am spending my hard earned cash. Additionally as I was checking out, there was an elderly lady , that I’d mentioned what had happened, and what do you know, she goes to get the very person that I was talking about. Like…….. I was so baffled ? by the whole situation……….. I just moved back to Minnesota from Mankato, I have never had any issues with customer service, or there lack of. I’m only sharing because I was truly offended. My observation was that the staff, made it sound as if she was Queen Elizabeth!! Almost perfect, and it must’ve been me………….. I said to them, that she’s still Human at the end of the day, we all demonstrate different characteristics in certain scenarios. This was quite an experience!!!

one minute after walking in the lady working accused my sister of putting some headphones in her pocket from off the wall and she wasn't even in arms reach of them, she then proceeded to follow us in the store and ask if we needed help like six times.

It's an interesting collection of various items, art supplies, electronic support items, clothing, candy etc at lowered prices. Mot a bad deal if they've got what you need.

Good for candy maby for others but don't buy electronics got a type c USB 2.0 hub made buy electronic nessesitys didn't work so will be returning and buying one that works don't buy electronics from hear you should be good

Ever since I discovered Five Below on the east coast, I was PSYCHED we got one here in MN, and then one opened right by my house and i have been broke ever since. The store is usually pretty darn clean and organized, employees are friendly and helpful!

I went with about an hour until close. It seems everything is in a different place than it was last time I was in this particular location. It makes it hard to find things. They no longer offer faerie lights, which is what I was looking for. However, they still carry a specific perfume, that I absolutely love and was able to pick up a bottle of. Upon checkout, the clerk was so kind and helpful and genuine, I can't not mention it. He was so courteous. Kudos young man! If you've never been to Five Below, do yourself a favor and check it out. It's not an outdoor store, like I thought it was based on the name! There is something for everyone in there. If you have kids, tweens, teens, or even grown kids, heck even for yourself-go and see what the fuss is all about. You'll thank yourself for doing so!
