Went shopping late last week. Some things like snacks could be better organized. Fruits and veggies were fresh. Picked up chips I wanted from three different locations. Shout-out to Ry and Sophia who took time out from their product sorting to help me find a couple things I had almost given up hope on finding. Much appreciated. Especially after another guy flat out said he couldn't help me because he had a lot to do before closing :) Maybe management should train such people about customer interaction.

Place my order in the morning for pick up between 4 and 5 pm. Received a text notice that my order was ready to pick up at 4:05 pm. Arrived at the store around 4:15 pm and checked in. After waiting 10 Min, called the store, and they seemed surprised that I was waiting and said it would be down shortly. After another 15 min, an associate came to my car to apologize. He said the order never got picked up and they were working on it, asking if I could come back in a couple of hours or the next day. I told him that was not acceptable since I needed a few items that day and I lived over 35 miles away. I spoke with the manager and she said no one was truly trained in the digital order and pick-up service, apologized, and promised 25% off. I waited another hour while they completed my two bags worth of items ordered. During this time was told they were out of a few items and also had to replace one item. The item to be replaced was only available in half the volume ordered and was more expensive. They said they would give me two to equal the volume needed, but charge me the price of the original, I was actually charged full price for two replacements. To be clear, the store associates and manager were very courteous and worked hard to get my order together and to make it right. However, in the end, I waited over 90 min for an order that was supposed to be ready, paid for an order pick-up, did not get my full order, paid more for a single item, and received less than a 25% discount once the extra cost was considered. I will not be doing this again, nor likely shipping at Fresh Thyme again.

Not worth drive for us. I won't be back. Had to use self checkout which was a big hassle. Prices not great. Tried it and not worth it

Overpriced, total exploitation of students and other people that live close and don't own a car so they can't often go to other grocery stores.

Plastic bags were struggled to get open. When a worker was watching me struggle with the bag. She would not help me. I had to scan my items multiple times when the scanner would not work. Self checkout is impossible when you are disabled.

I like Fresh Thyme as they are the only place that bothers to stay open CONSISTENTLY in the food desert that is my neighborhood (Stadium Village). Walgreens, CVS, and ESPECIALLY Holiday don't bother and don't care to notify the public of what their hours are. In 2024, in the heart of the East side of a major metropolitan area, this one "option" is just about all there is, sad to say. So thank-you FT (genuinely).

I understand that retail theft has been issue especially in recent years but some of the security guards overtly stalk customers. I’ve been followed for almost 5 MINUTES STRAIGHT and I’ve witnessed it happening to another customer even whilst they were in line. Either hire a better security contractor or train the current security guards to be less aggressive. It ruins the shopping experience and reputation of the Fresh Thyme brand. People will go out of their way to not shop here.

I've been buying groceries here pretty much since it opened. Recently, two rent-a-cops were hired to stand at the store entrance/exit, tell jokes to one another, and glare at long-time customers like me. I say hello to these guys, and they never say hello back. I'm sure that the store's management got these rent-a-cops in an effort to deter shoplifting, but these guys are deterring shoppers, period. It's now the most unwelcoming store I've ever been in. I'll not be back.

They have multiple expired products. It’s convenient due to the location but ALWAYS check the date on things! I recently bought a yogurt that expired literally a month ago and when I went to exchange it all the yogurts were expired on the counter. I went to look for ranch the other day and checked the dates, a few were expired of this year. A lot of their items are dusty as if they have been sitting there for a while. I am very cautious when buying from here but I still go due to it being so close to where I live!

They had self checkout only. Where do I clock in?Oh and their weekly ad was not ringing up properly, so I had to ask for assistance to save my measly few dollars cuz I'm poor! They had plenty of staff standing around the checkouts. Why no checkout line?Which by the way is Able-ist. Gonna force us to ask you to check us out? That's humiliating. Just humiliating.Looking at recent past reviews, it's not a good place to shop if you're black? So there's that, too. Unacceptable.

I honestly like this store a lot. Sometimes I come here for fun and just walk around and look. They can get a little spendy, but their options and supply is very good. They do have a decent amount of discounts or sales going on, so keep an eye out for those! They have $5 sushi on Thursday's I believe.

Prices are not as good as prior reviews make them out to be. It's still pretty expensive. The biggest problem with this store is that they don't make it a habit to have someone available to check your groceries out for you at a register, and there are often minimal staff around to assist with employee required codes, such as as deletions, at self-checkout. Lose lose for customer service. If you have even a moderate amount of groceries, it's really kind of a horrible experience, if not just simply for the lack of space there is at self-checkout.

The store is tiny, so be prepared to leave without most of the things you wanted. The security guard will also follow you around, staring at you the whole time. The other staff were great, though

If you want high quality groceries it's the place to go to!!! Besides, they have a good choice of deli meats and cheeses and veggies....and a good choice of breads and pastries....and lots of other stuff.....
