Distinction: G-Werx® Fitness specializes in group personal training using our patented and award winning G-Werx System. The G-Werx Machine is so versatile it makes our small group methodology efficient, safe & effective. History: Our system began in NE Mpls from 2004-2007. G-Werx was tested in a commercial gym at 501FIT from 2007-2017. In 2014, a small studio of 1,100 square foot studio was opened in South Minneapolis. In 2017, 501FIT transitioned to a small training studio - G-Werx Fitness Downtown. Vision: G-Werx is a platform for clients to exercise safely as a lifestyle. The 1:10 (trainer:trainee) ratios create efficiencies that allow clients to share cost yet receive ample attention. We provide the best training at the best price!!

You will not beat the approach of personal training at group training prices anywhere. I have traveled to most of the country and this is a special deal. They have helped me get ready for and recover from surgery (exercise as therapy not physical therapy). Check it out!
