I went there on Monday @ 9AM and there is no manager on site. Unable to use the bathroom and it feels very unsafe.

Don't use there machine for bags and laundry soap. I asked for dryer sheets and got soap they also have poor management

don’t waste your time, got there at 10 and they were yelling at me saying they were closed. change your hours then, not my fault I came when your hours say “closing at 11”

The machines are working fine, very convenient and accessible area, my complaint is the grumpy old African American guy, needs training on how to treat and speak to customers, I always speak nicely to workers but he was being rude and answering questions with this arrogant voice, I always say that the customers are not always right but if that’s the way he talks to people you’ll lost customers.

Machines have always been clean and in working order. One time a machine ate $1 on an extra rinse cycle and the attendant was really nice and gave me a refund. Using the app gives you a HUGE discount, too! Love this place.

Very nice facility, but was shocked to find that it is unattended by any employee for long periods of timeYou are just there with a lot of strangers and money on you.restrooms are locked and if you need help you’re out of luck

They lock the doors during business hours when its late and thats really annoying when your clothes are inside. Also it smells very strongly of sewage every time Ive been here for months, but the machines work well and the price is fair enough.

First time coming I came at 9:22 p.m. this the security Rude the janitor rude said they are closing close at 11:00 p.m Rush people the security tell me I can't fold clothes when I'm done drying my clothes the janitor been racist talking about why black women come late I would never coming back I wish I could give them a zero my experience terrible
