On my first visit, there was a young lady who was very informative about what was available in the wine section! Very helpful, attentive and excellent customer service! I can't seem to remember her name, but for my first visit to the store, I remembered exactly where it's located!!❣

Go to Infinity Smokes instead if you want to be treated like a human being. Manager refused to get off the phone to talk to me about selling me an incorrect product the other day. He asked me, "What? What you want?" several times, and still wouldn't hang up when I asked if he could come talk to me for a second. He was on the phone when he sold me the bunk product too. Awful customer service.

The owner that works here is very rude, disrespectful, & straight arrogant. I asked him where a certain tobacco was & he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about then I explained it to him again. He looked at me with such anger & told me it was up there. I was like wow. You'd think a customer could get better customer service and at least be shown where stuff is. He sits behind that counter thinking terrible thoughts in his head about each & every customer that shops in there because it definitely shows! The other guy that worked here was speaking in Arabic with the owner about the riots after George Floyd was killed. He was saying some pretty derogatory stuff about it and Mr Floyd. He then mentioned to me that I better watch out because there were going to be more riots happening but they never did. Their prices are way too high on mostly everything in the store & they never give you an extra lighter for free when you buy their tobacco, you have to ask for one yourself. What a cruel hearted poor excuse for a tobacco shop. They highly disvalue their customers big time & just want your money. I haven't been back since.

This is the worst place in Minneapolis I don’t know how they even got 4.2 star reviews. The very old man in the store is very disrespectful man. I think he’s the owner. He will insult you with native language wich is Arabic unfortunately I knew what he was saying. Don’t go there or recommend to someone.

I read that GM Tobacco & Super Vapor fell victim to arson during the darkest days in Minneapolis history - May/June 2020. May your business come back stronger than ever and may we never experience another riot.

I just want to wish everyone who works at GM Tobacco the best after the fire tonight. What happened to your business is a tragedy, especially after having to shut your doors for months already. I hope everyone is safe and ok.

Hopefully this store's owner took advantage of Thursday to clear their shop out of goods. I hope they were insured too. I pray the officers involved are charged and peace takes hold.

I think you guys will be out of business for a while. Unfortunate. George Floyd.
