Easy in and out. Ramp is a 2 way configuration so use caution and lots of reserved parking for various businesses. Spot Hero reservation worked good using the QR code. It worked even after the 11pm time that I was supposed to leave by.

I have had absolutely wonderful customer service from SP+ Parking here in Minneapolis. They were extremely accommodating and helpful when it came to my requests/inquiries. I unfortunately have no need for their service anymore but would highly recommend them to anyone.

The parking spots are on the wider end in minneapolis however it is two way traffic that can get tight, especially on the corners
