I’ve been going there and had had good experiences until some of them don’t talk and handed stuffs to customers unwrapped and without a bag. Something like glasses or jars then when we asked, they responded “ oh, u want them wrapped?” Glosses and jars always need to be wrapped with papers unless customers ask not to.

A bit overpriced for a thrift store but money goes to a good cause. Clean store and kind employees!

Unfortunately, except for the friendly clerk, this was the most disorganized Goodwill that I have ever visited. Most Goodwill have changing rooms to try on items but this one doesn't and there seemed to be only 2 mirrors. There was large racks of clothing sorted by size and type, but the prices seemed much higher than necessary. The books were not separated by any categories except soft cover and hard cover. The kitchen and knick knack items did not seem to be of good quality. Also, this is a 2 story store. Clothing on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator but we didn't use it.

Very rude cashier. Raised her voice at an elderly lady in front of me & was rude to me with the card reader and rushed me. Also no dressing rooms

Prices are ridiculous. $2 for cheap plastic plates. I could buy them new for that.

The cashier had a friend standing behind her talking about eating dogs, cats, and Guinea pigs. She acted rude when we tried to interact with the cashier. Lowkey so weird for talking about that ???

Cheaper to buy new. Don’t they get their stuff for free? This place doesn’t make sense.

Prices seem to be really high ($11 for basic shirts, shorts, ect), and inconsistent (some items being priced high and others low of same quality). Great selection of items, just not the thrifting 'deals' there once were. The staff are lovely, very friendly, feels like a place of community.

Purchased a dvd from them on eBay, wasn’t as described. Tried messaging them dozens of times and was left ignored. They don’t communicate with you. Thankfully eBay refunded me. Avoid!

I love this Goodwill. The people who work there are so nice and so caring and very helpful. There is a good variety of stuff here. I never, ever go home empty handed and usually spend anywhere from 2 hours to 4 hours per time I visit. Sometimes it can be and get a little messy, BUT this is not because of the people who work there. It is the customers who are messy and unfold stuff and not fold back or take thing in their basket and then put it somewhere else that it doesn't belong if they don't want it. It is the customers who are messy and mess up the store and drop things on the floor and don't pick it back up and some of their children do the same. It's like the parents just let the kids run, run, run and touch everything and knock over stuff and not pick it back up and scream and run around some more. Most of the parents don't care and/or don't watch their children. AND I can say this, because I am a parent. My kids are grown now, but when I went into a store, I watched my kids and they behaved and if they didn't, they knew I would have a talk with them. I mean, Come on, we as parents can do better. It shouldn't be up to the people who work at places to tell your kids to slow down. Come on .... Watch your kids and if you mess something up or drop it in the floor... Pick it up and leave the area as you found it. We are adults and these workers work and keep the store well stocked. Show them some respect that they most certainly deserve. A BIG SHOUTOUT and A BIG THANK YOU GUYS FOR WHAT YOU GUYS DO. YOU GUTS ROCK!!! See you again soon. ???

I’m a reseller & decided to check out this location for some pieces to add to my shop. I had been having some difficulties with my local credit union card as someone had hacked my account. So, as a quick solution- I purchased Visa gift cards on Amazon until I’d be shipped my new card. I understand it probably looked weird that I pulled out gift cards, but I guess Goodwill stores in MN don’t accept ISO gift cards (whereas my home state, PA does). Which basically means my gift cards were a third party & not directly connected/an official merchant with Visa. I didn’t know this ahead of time, and proceeded to check out with my items. I apologized to the cashier when we started running into issues. I tried to check out 3 times & eventually she grabbed her manager to sort out the situation. They asked for my name and number, which made no sense as I was trying to reach my boyfriend to help with the transaction. And there was no point in collecting any info as I could’ve just stepped to the side. I saw the manager, the cashier and a third associate start peering outside multiple times and I noticed a MPLS police officer had pulled into the parking lot. I pretty much made the inference that they called the cops because I decided to use a gift card? And it wasn’t working? And then I was pestered for trying to use it once I was able to pay with a Venmo debit card. Absolutely never coming back!!!!
