Terrible service. Been here twice . Got subpar haircuts both times

I had been going to this great clips regularly multiple times. But the last visit was horrible. It was a different guy (donno his name, a guy with tattoo on his neck). He was extremely rude from the start and was rushing to finish the cut fast and kept pushing and shaking my head and later started complaining that I moved it. When asked to do it slow he tells he doesn't have time, and even threatened to leave midway through the work. I have been doing the same cut regularly and have never had an issue before with other staff, so this was completely unnecessary.
I just checked other comments and no wonder there are so many negative reviews here. I don't know if the owner even cares about customer reviews.

Rude service! Arrogance of the employee was first time I experienced in my lifetime. The first two times I went there were.fine... I Will try to avoid this place of I have a choice going forward.

If a bald guy here is trying to give you a haircut, you can either leave immediately or give him money for absolutely nothing.

Very unprofessional! While waiting for my turn and client left the chair do the Bald barber obviously upset with the service. The barber threatened violence to the client while outside the shop. No where near professional and traumatizing for the client.

Inexpensive quick haircut. Friendly staff. The app makes it easy to determine the best time to go.

disrespectful staff.
I was in the area and decided I wanted a trim so I walked in to check their wait time and it was an incredibly unwelcoming environment. Right upon walking in no greeting a stylist angrily asked me if I was checked in online. I asked if they were able to add me to the waitlist or if i had to do it online and the woman verbally grunted and was acting as though I was a pain for asking. If you’re looking for a haircut go somewhere else. incredibly rude.

One of the worst haircuts I have ever received. The guy act like he was rushing as fast as he could, when I showed him a picture of what I wanted at the beginning he didn’t even look at it. Very unprofessional.
