Nearby activities: Near Hennepin Trust Theater district and many restaurants; also walking distant to Target Center and Target field

Although we have stayed there many times, we are treated like royalty. We stay there because the rooms are nice, the parking is nearby, and it's close to the target center, and it's all connected by the skyway. It is a little pricey though, but well worth it to us.Rooms: Rooms are almost luxurious.Nearby activities: Close to target center, target field, and many theaters.Walkability: It is connected to many activities by skyways.

Location is everything. It was cold and wintery when we stayed here but we didn’t have to step foot outside in order to get to the timberwolves game! The skywalk is great. Extra wide so there’s enough room to walk comfortably with the crowd. The breakfast in the morning was great, clean, hot, and much needed after the night before. The staff were helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!Rooms: Spacious, clean, well kept and cared forNearby activities: So much to do. In the heart of downtown!Walkability: Fantastic! Connect’s directly to the skywalk which connects to multiple stadiums for concerts, sporting events, etc

The hotel common areas are nice and clean. The hotel rooms are immaculately clean and feel brand new. The bed left something to be desired and the room was very noisy with outdoor traffic and hallway congestion which was a little disappointing considering the rate. Bring your sound machine and your pillow. The location is great, connected to the downtown skyway, near Hennepin Ave and just blocks from Target Center, Target Field and the warehouse district. Parking is expensive and limited in options near to, also be prepared to pay extra parking fees if there are any events going.Rooms: Immaculate, clean, noisy, uncomfortable bed and pillows. Bring a sound machine.Nearby activities: Target Center, Target Field, Warehouse District, Hennepin AveSafety: At your own risk, there are some questionable folks in the skyways and on the streets. It’s Minneapolis, so don’t expect law enforcement to be there for you.Walkability: Excellent walkability in any season or weatherFood & drinks: In abundance, within blocks

Stayed here after a show at First Ave. was hesitant to book from other reviews.Location was great! Parking in the garage was only $13 per day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Quite hotel overall. Downtown location so you will have the city noise. Felt completely safe the whole time. Outside doors are locked, and security at night. Would stay again next time in minneapolis for an event, especially if seeing a show at First Ave.

The rooms are clean, staff are friendly and helpful. We were on the fifth floor and it seemed as if the windows were open. The free breakfast is ok, but make sure you get there early because they start shutting it down early. When they run out they are out for the morning.Walkability: We were right next to the basketball and baseball parks and only a 15 minute walk from US Bank field. We also were able to walk to great restaurants and bars that were very close.

Rooms were nice, location was close to target field, theaters, clubs, which created some noise that could be heard. The worst was housekeeping came into our room TWICE without knocking! They came in around 8am and again at 9am. I've never had that happen before.

I am a firm believer in reading reviews. I'm going to do my best to give you a thorough review. There are a few nasty ones on here which I'm not going to lie almost prevented me from staying here. I'm glad it did not! Let's start with parking. Previous reviews make it sound terrible. I chose to pay for parking in the lot right IN FRONT of the hotel. $15 per day. Well worth it. I could see my car from the lobby! Also my car was completely fine when we got to it after 2 nights.Regarding homeless/vagrant/drug addicts. I saw none. Moving right along. Regarding loudness/music/clubs into the middle of the night. No problems. You are staying downtown. If you want complete quiet stay in the suburbs.Everything was new in the room, TV/cable had a nice selection, blackout shades were great, bathroom was all new and very nice! Breakfast was ok. I mean it's free people. Got something on your stomach before you headed out for the day. The back courtyard was such a nice place to hang out. We traveled with a group of 16 so it made a great socializing spot. Elevators were fast, not scary and old. I did spend A LOT of time working on my reservation/checking in on the app. Only to finally get it and it say "stop by the desk when you get here". So if you are having technical difficulties with app, do yourself a favor and put your phone away. Wasn't worth it.Would definitely stay again without a doubt!

We are Hilton brand loyal and tend to choose the Hampton Inn when we travel. Our latest trip was a 5 day round trip road trip from Virginia to Minneapolis for a football game. We stayed in three different Hampton Inn hotels along the way. This location was amazing. The service we received was exceptional, five star luxury hotel service quality! The facility is clean, fresh, and well kept. Safety and security are a priority so the hotel feels safe and secure. The location is perfect for walking to the many sporting facilities and event venues in downtown. It is obvious this hotel has excellent management, outstanding training, and likely the best hotel staff in Minneapolis. Top notch all the way. Even after we checked out and I realized I had left my computer bag behind, Drae helped me figure out how to get it shipped to my home. Highly recommend!

I stay here when I'm down for music events at the Dakota Jazz House. Their rooms are nice and clean. The complementary breakfast is very good with a great variety of things to choose from. The hotel has parking across the street and is close to many things in that area.
