This place is a quiet and charming store just a few blocks from Lake Harriet. You can find all kinds of unique and exotic items which possess a spiritual dimension. The staff are wonderful people - generous with time and courteous with direction if asked.

I went into the store today looking to buy a little book of sorts, maybe a piece of jewelry. Before I even walked in, I was met outside by one of the owners, a man, who told me he was looking at me from inside and wanted to see what was up. I was on a phone call. He then proceeded to grab my hand, and grab my hand again, this time holding it tightly. And before you say it, Yes. I know the difference between friendly, and not. As I'm inside, I share a similar experience to what I've read from other people -- these overly nice owners were trying to sell someone some 300 dollar Tibetan bowl. But the worst part. As I was checking out, the male owner came in. He walked up to me and put his hand on my lower back, & then proceeded to move it down, grazing my butt. As he did it, his wife stands there across the counter bombarding me with questions. I was shocked, and mortified, and got so anxious so quickly, that the female store owner even recognized it and said, "We're making her nervous with all of our compliments!" Yes. You were making me nervous. Your overcharge, combined with the fact that your husband just touched my ass. Literally --just sexually grazed me. A teenage girl. In front of you. I will never be back again. So wrong. Inappropriate. Fake. Overpriced. Claiming to be buddhists, and yet. This happened. Seriously, a horrible experience.

Should be taken off Google maps and labeled permanently closed... 3 separate attempts within its limited business hours and still yet to see if it's even a real shop.. 0/10

A favorite spot in town that is a charming tourist destination or a regular locals destination. Come see a sliver of Tibet here in Minneapolis in the Linden Hills neighborhood & browse a while, there is quite allot to see here & only authentic treasures get displayed, so you are in it & can smell & feel & be with the heart of Tibet pulsing all around you. Enjoy!

Over priced. The atmosphere felt akin to a tourist trap and I am sad to say it. All of the merchandise is I good shape and there is plenty to choose from.

I love this place , its welcoming , calming , relaxing, theres so much to choose to buy, look at, the owner and the lady working there ( if I can remember correctly her name was Michelle ), was wonderful and talkative . It was so beautiful in there too with all of the pieces of furniture and unique findings. This is what we bought when we went, the handmade creative headbands, and this tapestry so in love ????

Oh my goodness! What a place of peace, community, and welcome! I went looking for a very specific pair of items that had to be genuinely authentic. They had the malas I needed and even had a book I never knew existed but was seeking. This is like a small Tibetan department store run by long-time cherished members of the Tibetan and Buddhist community. You can find clothing, house decor, jewelry, incense, altar items, Buddhist items and books, and so much more.My first visit and the beginning of a long-time association.Thank you for your warm hospitality.Best of all: no patchouli! ?

The way you respond to customers who have legitimate concerns is abhorrent and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Get your act together.
