Just about the worst experience I've ever had with a provider. Not the doctors but the billing. I've called them many times, I've contacted them through the app, and my insurance company has called them no fewer than three times. They still cannot fix their bill. My insurance company has opened a formal complaint and I'm hoping they will withdraw support to these people so others don't go here for any procedure.

Love HCMC and staff they are kind courteous professional and caring ! They test for the things that you complain about and are fast with test results ! Dr Ronald Schut is an awesome very caring and precise in his diagnosis ! He cares and gets to the solution of what needs to happen ! I definitely need to acknowledge all he has done for me ! He has been my dr for 23 years and I am better for it !

Since Hennepin Healthcare opened. They've been a great source of ease of getting to your appointments. The best of doctors as always. They saved my life many times 25 years ago.

After I had a heart attack/40% necrosis, Stent installed in RAD, The HCMC Filled 3 pages of prescriptions for me for a whole month's supply. Knowledgable; Vary Friendly, No Judging? I recommend HCMC/Hennepin HealthCare to anyone/EveryOne! THANK YOU!!!

I appreciate how easy the place is to access with parking underneath the building. The pharmacy is located right inside the main door so it helps to make it incredibly easy to access. The pharmacy is even open during some weekend hours which also helps make life easier.

Just had surgery, the nurse called in prescription n verified that they had it in stock.We called to verify only to be transferred 3 times and each time explaing the situation over, they then go. Sorry but we are out of stock. And we like why did you tell our nurse you had it in stock. Oh we can have it for you Monday. Really.. then its no in stock. We called back our nurse and she couldn't believe it, she was not happy.I can see why they have poor feedback

The employees here are friendly, and I've witnessed them put up with rude treatment from some patients. This pharmacy loses one star though as they're pretty slow when you're waiting for a med to be filled. But I think they do the best they can under the circumstances.

I really appreciate the staff always being kind, courteous, and helpful. All my dealings with HCMC Pharmacy have been hassle free, and without problems. Best pharmacy I've ever dealt with.
