Very impressed with the professional service provided by Justin, our tow truck driver. Service was provided within 10 minutes of our call and he had our car hooked up and was on his way within 10 minutes for delivery to the repair shop. I highly recommend this company.

While on a Notary call to Covenent Living of Golden Valley, my car broke down 1 mile from the facility. Called Hide & Seek and had a tow on site in 30 mins. They were supremly efficient. As I have all wheel drive, I really believe their system is superior to a flat bed. Had a terrific conversation with their driver. 1st class small business.

Horrendous day! Car broke down 8/30/24 on way home from work this afternoon, serpetine belt, stuck on highway 36 by Dale st. exit, about 250ish pm. call roadside insurance, they set up a recovery with KAILES TOWING AND RECOVERY about 3pmish through my insurance..long story short, multiple calls to this recovery service to confirm location- NO ANSWER- MULTIPLE TIMES, VOICEMAIL EVERY TIME, AND I LEFT A MESSAGE, NO RETURN CALL AT ALL!!!! Many chat conversations with live rep through my insurance, which was a joke also with the delays because they were "experiencing longer than normal wait times" and multiple reps I dealt with, all were nice but what a convoluted process... finally, after cancelling the service, going back home b/c my kid was able to come get me, coming back to sit with my jeep using her car (not once but twice), rescheduling the service again through the ins and live rep, and getting the same place, KAILES TOWING AND RECOVERY, a tow truck finally showed up out of the blue, no warning, from KAILES TOWING AND RECOVERY about 650ish pm ( WHEN THEIR ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL WAS INITIALLY 517PM). The guy pulls in and gets situated to hook up, gets out of the truck, comes back to the rear passenger side of the truck, middle aged, African American guy with a heater in his ear, looks at me and says "its gonna be 75 cash because they didn't tell me it was a all wheel drive", I didn't hear him at first because of traffic and had to have him repeat 2-3 times, and I am half deaf. He was casual and nonchalant, leaning against the passenger rear side of the vehicle getting some equipment ready, looked like some tires, with the cigarette in his ear, and said again, , "75 cash because they didn't tell me it was a all wheel drive." I thought insurance covered it unless mileage was involved SO my spidey sense went up....He said he could "hook up" and get me there but not "drop" untiI I had the cash to give him. I told him, I didn't have $75 cash, he suggested an ATM. Again, increduously, I told him I can't get $75 cash, I mean really, I drive a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a reason, I asked him, "what, you gonna leave me if I don't give you the cash" and his response was "yeah"... I w,as flabbergasted, this should be covered by my insurance. Luckily, I actually had a live agent on the line at the time so I made him wait for about 5 minutes while I told her what just occurred and she said she had another recovery service ready that could "service" me better. So after a few choice words and telling that SOB he was trying to scam me I told him to scram and took the chance on waiting. Granted it took about another hour to get the new recovery service there but they were 10000 times BETTER. The Driver called me when he arrived, he told me to stay in my car for safety unlike the guy from KAILES TOWING AND RECOVERY AND CAME TO ME IN MY VEHICLE ON A CRAZY BUSY HIGHWAY, and he did not exhort me for money in my time of need! He went to work and made a plan with me to follow me to the shop and was hooked up and ready to go in less than 5 minutes!!! I explained to him what happened when we got my jeep to the repair shop when we had the opportunity to talk and he said the first recovery service guy, FROM KAILES TOWING AND RECOVERY, tried to swindle me, like kicking a dog when they are down!!! CJ, from HIDE N SEEK Towing and Recovery (came up as SUPERS TOWING AND RECOVERY through my ins app), You rock bro!!! honest, efficient, gave me a lot of good info, AND validated me that the guy from KAILES TOWING AND RECOVERY was scamming me, and helped me out in my time of need! Much appreciated brother!! If you want a great service, if you are ever in need call these GUYS! AWESOME DUDE, CJ, Thank You!!! (AND HONEST MOST IMPORTANTLY)!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! And I will say this, IF YOU USE ROADSIDE INSURANCE FOR TOWING NOBODY SHOULD EVER CHARGE YOU LIKE THAT UNLESS IT'S A MILEAGE THING!! THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU AND NEVER AGREE!
