They suck never go here. Worst place ever to get a wheel alignment. My left front wheel points straight my right front wheel points to the right. Plus my right front wheel is tilted outward never go here. There is a better place that you could go tires Plus discount tires back to the dealer anywhere but Hoover alignment is better

The job and prices are great but the customer service is very bad
The guy in the front desk is with a frown face , talking to me without looking in my eyes and responding like I was asking for a free job
I hope they improve the customer service with a polite attention to customers

I brought in a 1968 Buick, and they were able to get it aligned within an hour. Good work, honest guys, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Made an appointment there , told them I had a dually . They scheduled me for an appointment, waited all week only to get there and they say my truck won’t fit in their bay .
Bunch of incompetence going on there so I would not recommend them at all .

Appointment time was good. I got right in. They inspected my car, said what was needed, didn't do any work until I could get everything done, and then told me to come back. Just paid for inspection

I have always done my alignments at Hoover. Its always a great experience.
Tech are SUPER knowledgeable, trustworthy, willing to explain things to you.
There have been times where they have told me, hey you have to replace this.
There have been other times they have said you should watch this.
Its been great bringing my vehicles to them.
I feel like there prices are low and service is high.
Thanks for always being a great place to go and get an alignment!

Couldnt find a shop to do an alignment on my 90 chevy & found HOOVER who was able to do it. Erwin was very professional & honest about my vehicle. Explain what was causing the issue. Very happy.💯💥

My fiancé and I needed to get the alignment on one of our vehicles fixed. We had our appointment scheduled for about a week, only for them to call my fiancé 10 minutes after our drop off time, letting us know that they cannot do the service. We both drove over 35 minutes in morning traffic, just to get 95% of the way there and be told to turn around. Terrible customer service.

Great place friendly staff and quality work , tires of all sizes bought 2 tires with 80 percent of tire tread . Great service . Thanks guys. I referred to any friends family.
