My roommate and I lived here for two years and can honestly say the best part is the view and the pool. Any time we reached out to management though for assistance, we were not helped and treated with hostility, even if it was a simple task. The concierge and cleaning team are awesome and super friendly. Management however is constantly changing and the current one does nothing to get things done and is incredibly rude to residents.

HQ is a modern, warm option for housing. There’s a sense of community thanks to the welcoming common areas (including a library!) and regular events to bring people together. The signature scent of the property is a nice touch!

I cannot recommend HQ enough! The building is so charming, the apartments are gorgeous and truly feel like home! The location is spectacular with restaurants, shops, and scenic spots in walking distance. The rooftop is such an awesome space and staff is awesome and accommodating. 10/10

I can’t recommend this place enough! I just moved in, and honestly, I wasn’t the easiest potential tenant. I was looking for more than just a place to live—I wanted a real sense of community. Val from leasing went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my decision. She even invited me to two resident events so I could experience the community firsthand, which made all the difference.
I also toured several units—more than once—and every tour was seamless and welcoming, no matter who showed me around. The people I’ve met so far are incredibly friendly, the building is beautiful, and the units are just what I was hoping for. Plus, there are so many cute animals here!
I’m really looking forward to the next 18 months of my life in this amazing community. If you’re searching for an apartment, I highly recommend taking a tour here—you won’t be disappointed!

So I set up a tour- I went in the office. I sat down in one of the office chairs, and fell through the chair. The chair broke through- no one in the office did anything concerning- The office manager I believe his name is Daniel didn’t care whatsoever. All he said was I apologize- I didn’t get no follow up calls just to see how I was doing no offers for anything- so I advise everyone not to rent from this property. They do not care about anything, but I’m sure money. Very unprofessional.

The past 2 years at HQ have been the best of my life! The building is spacious and modern with beautiful amenities. Lisa, Faisa, and Iris at the concierge desk and Joe in maintenance were so incredibly kind and always helpful. Truly the best living experience living experience!!!

My experience as a resident at HQ has been awesome! The staff have has been wonderful! Keenan the community manager is very king and knowledgeable on the property, when i had a small
Plumbing issue he was quick with response and found a solution less then 24 hours, I'm so thankful for all his efforts! The leasing agent Valarie she did an awesome job touring my aunt a week ago, and showing her around the property. Iris and Fasia have been very helpful at the concierge desk in the evenings with helping me retrieve my packages, and keeping the building secure and safe! I love and enjoy being a resident here. The wine down Wednesday is such a perk along with the grab and go breakfast! The team work so hard to put this together in the morning. Big shoutout to Lisa for being so kind in the morning! HQ is a wonderful community to love at because the team make it worth wild!
