My appointment was at 4:00 and I showed up at 3:50, and wasn't seen until 4:40 because they were still with another client. So I had to wait almost an hour. They quoted a different price than what they charged me to do my taxes, and was a lot more expensive than first thought out to be. Overall it wasn't a very good experience.

Last year they did a great job. Unfortunately, this year, the experience was unfortunate. First, I scheduled weeks in advance, only to have my appointment rescheduled because they do not have enough people. The "tax pro" asked me if my taxes would be easy or difficult, because they had new people and they cannot trust them with difficult tasks. When arriving to my appointment, the receptionist was very stressed because I brought my wife, we file jointly, they should know about it since they have my records and I uploaded all the documents to their website. He made a comment about too many people in the office: "it looks like a weeding reception, I have to leave so we are only 8 people in the office at the same time". I decided to leave the place, if I am paying a professional $300 for one hour of their time, I believe they should be at least be professional. Scheduled with another HRBlock agent, to give them another chance to handle my business professionally.
