The tax professional know how to use the H&R tax software very well, but I was under the impression that he didn't have the necessary experience or knowledge to advise me or give me recommendations on specific topics, like my saving bonds.

Worst service. My parents taxes were done wrong TWICE!! THIS IS INSANE! The workers aren't willing to accept this fault which is UNPROFESSIONAL. I am extremely disappointed in the service. No refund, no apologies, nothing!!! Never coming back ever! Avoid this place.

I would highly recommend the Lake Street H & R Block for tax preparation. Karina Vazquez was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. She was very patient and explained everything in a way that I could understand. Five Stars for sure!
