They missed entire sections of my taxes and refused to fix errors. I’m not sure if it’s this office or the company as a whole but I will be staying faaaaar away and suggest you do the same.

This has been the single worst customer service experience I have ever had. The taxes took over two months to finally be completed, the communication between local/regional/corporate was AWFUL, I spent 15+ hours on the phone, driving to different H&R offices, etc.

One of worse and expensive place for tax filing I did one time they charge me 300 dollars for filing 2 w2 forms I don't recommend to anyone. They are not even worth for one star.
