Beautiful courtyard to sit in. But oh the line at Starbucks!! There must have been 20-30 people waiting about 10 am. The staff really processed orders quickly, but sheer volume made it a wait. Everyone in a good mood though, so, you know they do a good job.

Pretty building. Incredible doughnuts at Cardigan's but no public restrooms, even for customers. We were shocked.

Today they were filming a documentary there the security guys told me that the skyway was closed and I said well it's open to the public it's public and so they wanted to argue whether the IDS center is publicly owned or privately owned and they seem to want to gang up on me so American Security is probably not the best company because they hassle people who work there yet I get panhandled by the same two individuals and they do it aggressively and they do it every day but the thing is beware they profile people if you have a backpack you have a good chance of being harassed unless you're with a group of people. At the end of the day they would rather throw homeless people onto the street who aren't bothering anyone yet they allow panhandlers to aggressively apply their trade every single day it is so frustrating..

I went to the IDS building because my Bank is located inside on the Skyway level. Otherwise it's mostly an easy access point to the Skyway level that's mostly what I use it for. Plus, except for a two block distance I can access the Skyway at the Convention Center and make it all the way to downtown it which is very convenient during inclement weather or during the hottest days of the Summer when the entirety is air conditioned. I'm the Large Economy Size and get rendered in the heat!

Zero stars for some reason these people can’t process a power of attorney even their own legal team. You call the main number no one can give you any information. There is no phone number to call. I was waiting for over an hr to process this for my cousin who is in the hospital with dementia and just gave up and left. Do not bank with bank of American I can honestly say chase is better.

I'm impressed that in this day and age, especially in downtown Minneapolis where this is essentially located area, it is safe and clean. Extremely clean and safe. I like coming back here again.One other thing I've noticed is that people working here are kind and seem to be genuinely friendly! Not that Minnesota-Nice BS but genuine friendliness!Whodathunkit?
