We frequently stay at this hotel prior to trips out of town. Unfortunately, we will no longer be staying here. We are absolutely 100% sure we left our expensive portable bluetooth speaker in our room. I filed a lost claim with the hotel but the item could not be located. When I called the hotel manager, Carolyn, to chat about the issue, she hung up on me. I asked what could have happened to the speaker, if we left it in the room, and now it's gone. She gave me crazy scenarios like it fell out of my carry-on bag (I didn't even have), we really didn't leave it in the room (we're positive we did), or we could have placed it in another location (whatever that means because the speaker never left the room). I nicely asked whether she felt someone could have taken the speaker - Carolyn abruptly hung up on me. Wow, very poor customer service. She knows how to pile on!

We had a great stay at the Intercontinental Hotel! The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Our international flight was delayed by a day so ended up needing to find a hotel. What an unexpected surprise. The rooms are so clean and spacious! We ended up with a runway view room and I was worried about noise but it wasn't very loud at all. I slept like a baby!It was very cold and we didn't pack for winter so we decided to just eat in the hotel. The food was great and so was the service.The airport shuttle was really nice and was quick. I would definitely make a plan to stay here again on purpose.

Don't be fooled by the fact this is an airport hotel. Of you go out of security then you still must take a shuttle. It was a 25 min wait and could have been at any other off airport hotel

We stayed at the Intercontinental after finding ourselves stuck in Minneapolis for the night with a delayed flight. I called the hotel late at night hoping to get a room and was greeted by a very friendly woman who was happy to help us. They had a shuttle available and picked us up after just a few minutes. After a less than stellar stay at a different hotel in Miami this place was an amazing experience. The room was large, very clean and well appointed. The bathroom was very nice with a large walk in shower. Comfortable bed and ice furnishings. The coffee maker and a selection of coffees for the morning was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Minneapolis area. I'd gladly stay there again if I'm back out that way again. We were not there long enough to sample the restaurant or lounge, but the menu looked very good. The breakfast and barista were very good.Food & drinks: We only had breakfast, but it was very good. The barista was a nice bonus.

I stay here very often, because I fly a lot for work and it’s right next to MSP. I have NEVER had a poor experience here. I stay at hotels all over the country and the service here is unmatched to anyplace I have stayed.Special thanks to Makayla and Aaron (guest service employees) for ALWAYS making sure my stay is comfortable easy. I refuse to stay anywhere else in Minneapolis or St. Paul now because of their excellent service.The rooms and hotel are clean, modern and comfortable. The restaurant has good drinks and great food.

I Stay here often, perfect location for air travel. Nice rooms, BUT… parking! To stay in A $200 dollar room you have to pay $63 a day to park your car! Really?! Also, the front desk help needs some training, with exception of two ladies. They don’t seem to understand customer service, or maybe they just don’t like their jobs. This is a nice hotel, parking prices are high but most things at the airport are, but poor customer service, hard to accept.Food & drinks: The food menu is great, drinks are good and the service in the bar and restaurant is great, friendly and polite.

Beautiful room and view. Very little airplane noise. Parking was a little strange but not impossible to figure out for first-time guests. Everything was clean and neat upon arrival.

Very convenient for flying or just staying in the cities. The hotel was really quiet and the rooms were more sound proof to the airport than other hotel further away.Rooms: Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Also very modern and affordable.
