My name a h a ,this is worst mechanic ever visited my life .itis a kind of robbery.they make the price without knowing you it. and then u have 2 pay for what ever they said .people Donot go there I advise you .the guy over there the short guy is very bad guy ,crooked and lair ,he just needs money.they are not professionals at all.i wonder why the owner keep these guys here .i wish was the owner I would fire him.the place nice area and good in business but having all that goodness the manager is very poor.unfortunately

This is one of the worst auto repair shop I ever been too I recently moved to Minnesota I had an issue with my car I don’t ever turn any of my vehicles just to anyone unless the auto repair shop is good I had a close relative tell me about this shop I called and spoke with a guy from the shop explaining what was going on with my vehicle he said okay bring your car here I drove it there I gave it to him about 10:00 a.m he told me he will call me once he see what the problem was I said okay cool I’m waiting and waiting never a phone call so I call the shop the guy say we are looking into it the engine had no oil in it I said okay you can do a oil change he okay I will let you know if I find the problem it’s been 4 hours later I called again he says the same thing he will call once he find out what’s going on I called back around 5:30pm he has the receptionist say yeah your car is ready I say so he found out what the problem was he says yes I ask what was the problem he said your car is ready I go to pick up the vehicle and I ask him again you found what the problem was yes I said what was it he still never said he give me the bill he charged me 200 for labor just for a oil changed and engine flush I so this was the problem he smirked and said yes right soon I make it down the street my car was still doing the same thing from when I took it to him I turned around and took it back the car had a attitude saying we about to close I told her I don’t care where is the guy who was working on my car he comes up I tell him my car is still the same thing and now it’s a symbol popped on my dashboard that never came on until I brought my car too him he said let me take a look at it he had my car almost a hour still claimed he did not know what the problem was the symbol that came on I had already google what it meant so I’m already knowing what the problem is I’m sitting there patiently waiting to see what he gonna tell me he comes out 45 minutes later and say I don’t know what the problem is I’m like really so you are a mechanic and claiming you don’t know what the problem is after you had my vehicle all day and 45 minutes now after google already told me what the symbol means and charged me damn near 300 for labor adjust for a oil change and engine flush this man is a rip off he said you want your car to stay here over night I said no because this is ridiculous I would not ever bring my vehicle back here this guy lies and charge you a arm and a leg the worst experience I ever seen especially for a auto repair shop

Bring my car in to get a oil change in a week later. I'm putting more oil in my car. Bring my car back to them. Now I'm being told that it a problem in the same place my oil filter goes but it's not there fault but I never had this leak until I get a oil change wow all of a sudden it just happened

They do very good work. They have worked on my service van about 6 times now. They have always been honest and fair with pricing. Are we visited them again and I have them work on my catalytic converter somebody tried to steal. He did a fantastic job as usual. They are highly trusted mechanics here.

So I brought my vehicle in because the heat wasn’t working. My mother passed away while my car was in the shop and they gave me a couple of options to just fix the heat now and worry about the AC when it was spring as to speed things along. I really appreciated this and agreed. I brought my vehicle back in the spring to get my air conditioner fixed finally and at that point they fixed that and then my heat stopped working again because you know Minnesota weather if you’re probably gonna need your heat again in the spring time even though you’re gonna use your air-conditioning at some points too. I chose for the third time to bring my car to another shop to get it looked at because I didn’t want to have to pay for my heat getting fixed for the second time by the same shop and then this is when the new shop found this wood screw in my blend door, which is the possibly fastest way to fix the issue that’s going on with my vehicle but I would have to be going back to them every single season to get it screwed back the direction that I wanted it to which is apparently what they were attempting to do, I will never bring a vehicle here again.

Terrible customer service. Car overheated on Central Ave a few blocks from this place. I called ahead and yes they could take a look at my car. Got there and they had no interest in helping.
